I have a level 2 QHHT certification and I trained directly with Dolores Cannon in her personal group. She was such a warm and special woman. She just looked at me and, as I turned crimson red under her observant eye, she told me a lot about myself. Then she chose a book from her stack and gave it to me. The book is, Keepers Of The Garden. She knew how that particular book would be special to me. I used to do intuitive photography and I’ve got some pretty darn good pictures of many phenomena especially UFO’s. I only wanted to see for myself what’s up there. I don’t photograph UFO’s anymore but there’s a lot of beautiful craft flying around up there! It’s funny, I never told Dolores that I had all those UFO pictures but she somehow knew.

I never went into practice but instead I used her method as a starting point to learn more. I developed a method to bring someone right to the Oversoul. As much as I respect Dolores’ method I felt that people needed to go very deep to really make a connection with the Oversoul. It’s a powerful connection that you don’t question after the session because you are very deep during the session and you can feel the strong energy in the room. Dolores wrote many books but only with subjects that could go very deep into a symbolistic state.

During training Dolores told me that she would likely be much more help on the other side because she simply didn’t have the time to help all the people that needed a personal session with her. If she’s come to give you some help it can only be a good thing, Jean-Claude.

So yes, I stayed a member of the QHHT forums for a while after Dolores’ physical death and many people have been visited by Dolores after her death. She’s just doing what she said she would do and that’s to keep trying to help people.

Very interesting! Yes, I remember "Keepers Of The Garden". I think it is the book that talks about the current earth experiment, and how it was contaminated by something (microorganisms from meteors?). And a decision had to be made either to scrap the experiment, or to keep going with it with the contamination. I think they decided to continue the experiment.

And intuitive photography! How does it work? Could you take a picture of something else beside ET crafts? Very interesting!

Dolores is a nice lady, I know and I really appreciate that she was trying to let me know what she meant by "earth is school". I guess, I was just tired and didn't want to hear anything from anyone on that day... Well, I'm still working on my patience issue.

But a couple of days later, she managed to sneak "school of conscious creation" in my mind. And I sat on it for a couple of days, and didn't make the correction in the original post. So, when she came back in the car near the restaurant, I knew that she was not happy and I laid low.

In your hypnotic method, are people in a somnambulistic state like most of Dolores' clients? I say "most" because I was in that state by I remembered about 40% of what was going on. And in my experience, it was impossible to verbalize everything that I was seeing or the emotions associated with what I was seeing. And most of the time, the communication was done telepathically.

So, when I read the books, I clearly understood what she meant when she told me that it was difficult and challenging for her to understand some of the concepts, and then put them in the language that the average person could understand. But it was too late to make the corrections. But overall, she did a fantastic job.

I regret that I didn't get to see her before she passed away. Funny! She was here not too long ago! I think Julia, her daughter, is running the show now?

Jean-Claude, in QHHT sessions I found that most people couldn’t get into a symbolistic state unless they were very comfortable. Dolores sat for six hours or more getting to know the person in her sessions but still only the ones she wrote about in her books could go that deep and she went all over the world giving sessions.

You don’t need to go that deep to connect to the Oversoul and I had a partner that loved to be hypnotized so we did some great sessions. We tried many times to go to his life between lives but was met each time by bright beings of light that said my partner was not ready to understand this knowledge so instead we went other places and always connected to the Oversoul.

I have many pictures of that Golden Rod ship. They encourage me to take those pictures. They gave me the symbol that I put above. The ship is from the Alpha Centauri star system.

How do you like Buhlman’s training so far? He is an interesting person.

Well, I have not started the Buhlman training. I'm just too exhausted when I get home. Hopefully, things will settle down a little bit by the end of this week, perhaps I will be able to start then.

Courtney, those biospheres floating over the Houston skies near NASA would be interesting to RV. (I put a picture online but I’ve got more of those biospheres) They were there a lot and energy sensitive people were very effected by them. It makes me wonder how many are in our skies and who they are. Anyway, just a suggestion.

The Sasquatch people love to build tree and stick structures, here are some from my local forest:

Would be intresting to task a remote viewer to look at the builder and building process of these structures. I have a ton of these, usually one new structure appear per week, for 4 years now.

The next one is special to me, a year ago I was doing a certain heart light meditation in the forest each morning at the same spot. Than one morning this stick structure appeared at my spot. There were no footprints around it in the snow so how it was built is a mystery.

I would like to STRONGLY suggest that you consider taking AT LEAST 5,000 IU (125 mcg) of vitamin D3 per day.

From Healthine (https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/how-much-vitamin-d-to-take#section4):

"Vitamin D intake is recommended at 400–800 IU/day, or 10–20 micrograms. However, some studies suggest that a higher daily intake of 1000–4000 IU (25–100 micrograms) is needed to maintain optimal blood levels".

It is better to take vitamin D3 than regular vitamin (which is vitamin D2) because the former is 2x more potent than regular vitamin. But if regular vitamin is all you currently have, then take at least 10,000 IU. IU = International Unit.

I have been taking 25,000 IU of vitamin D3 per day since @ 2008 when some information received talked about a time in the near future when harmful substances (ex. virus...) will be purposefully introduced in the environment to generate $$$. That information suggested using vitamin D3 as a remedy.

Why 25,000 IU?

1) intuition
2) I believe that the recommended intakes of 400–800 IU/day are too low. There is a lot of $$$ made when people are sick.

It is just a suggestion, and obviously it is not working for you. So there are 2 things that you can do: 1) change the suggestion to fit your circumstances; or 2) ignore the whole thing.

However, I can tell you that I write what I receive. And in 2008, I heard vitamin D3. I didn't hear anything about vitamin K. Had I heard something about vitamin K, I would have have writing it here.

As we say here: "I don't have a horse in this race".

I'm just trying to be helpful, and believe me, it is painful and difficult for me to write these things. That's why it has taken me more than 25 years to get the courage to write things as I'm doing now.

I double-checked the information on vitamin D3 because this info came awhile ago in 2008, and as I recently learned, at a time when there was some major interference in the processing and transfer of information.

So, yes I received the confirmation that vitamin D3 works against viruses found in nature, or intentionally introduced in the environment. It also confers other benefits (no information given on these other benefits).

And up to 5,000 IU per day can be taken. However, higher doses are recommended for people with darker skin completion.

And in areas where there is an abundance of sunlight, about 25-30 min of sunbathing can provide the amounts of vitamin D3 recommended.

I must confess that I have never heard of Dr. Erwin Laszlo. But what he is saying is very pertinent to the current crisis that we are all experiencing now with this pandemic.
