Might be nit picking but a pretty big red flag on this guy is the use of his pay band gs15 as something special. There are over 57k current fed employees in that pay band.
And at 26:16 agency #4 that’s a pretty dumb error to list it as Anacostia, MD. I grew up around DC and Anacostia is a notoriously crime filled neighborhood in southeast DC that’s in the center of DC

however, I can confirm John Ramirez's statement (starting around 22:50 in the OP) about the 4th of 5 primary IC agencies, being the DIAC [DIA HQ], located at what is now called "Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling", along the Potomac in DC...
