So Early on in the video there is talk of a large container on wheels (i believe) with a viscous liquid in it. That in these circumstances sounds like oil. The way a really big b.om.b is made with oil is with nitro-gen fer.tilizer. However after the okla.homa b.omb-ng there was a change in ferti.lizer composition so that this could not happen again.
However the milit.ary has a b.om.b available since the 70,s called a fuel b.o-mb which will fit the bill. Actually there were rumors the ger.mans were using this device against the russi.ans in WW2

I have another Idea --- When someone commits a crime in another country and is being held in a jail sentenced to 10-20 years -- what is sometimes done ? Ans-- The prisoner can sometimes be allowed to serve their sentence in the home country. For instance -- as long as say Canada agrees to continue the sentence from say Mexico then a Canadian prisoner can return to Canada and continue serving the Mexican sentence of 20 years in their home country of Canada.
Now what about another idea. America as far as I can see is contracting out its prison system to outside contractors. These businesses build prisons, house prisoners and maintain certain prison standards set by USA to take over the burden of jailing their prisoners.
When would this end ?? As far as I can tell the only thing that would end that business of jailing prisoners would be - a huge expense that the US would not want to pay OR the business -- went bankrupt or out of business !!

Now the statement that was said -- these beings are OUR FAMILY ! Hmmmm ! I don't think its quite true. The "family" that is coming to collect- or save us are the same race type--YES.
but the real family is long wiped out- OR imprisoned by the probable people who claim to be making the collection or rescue. If a massive flow of imprisoned persons returned by the millions to the universe to make changes within that universe -- what would be the result ? So what would an ISBE want to do when it starts to remember what happened to it and its "family members" ? They might want to return to that planet and CHANGE things on that planet. And there would be a lot of those types --POSSIBLY ABOUT TO ESCAPE FROM A DEATH TRAP.

If we believe the soul exists then Source exists too
The use of a soul is to animate living material apparently
The soul is a recording device or entity and inserts into a being -- a horse - an elephant and a human
In a horse I assume just sits there recording but with the human and other entities I suppose - the soul can be contacted if you will - in subtle ways- to assist the human or others to link up to Source or to Source energies. Such as the Galactic internet - touched upon by some other posters.
THE GALACTIC INTERNET AS IT IS BEING TERMED (as I understand) can only be accessed by those spiritually connected to source. This is the only ACE in the packet that can trump technology - chips in the head etc !
In other words Source (the Creator) in this universe is a small player in this environment because -- free will is being studied by Source. " Lets see what will happen when everyone has free will" says Source-- wont this be interesting !!!
So those who think we have Free will to do as we want. Then from that there is a cavate that says except the limit will be if it hurts another being in some way.
The Satanists have the saying "do as thou wilt " -- so what ever you want !! There ARE NO RESTRICTIONS WHAT SO EVER !" Its free will given by the Creator -- go wild -- ANY THING YOUR HEART DESIRES - YOU CAN DO IT. And then they say the true God is -- Satan -- well they would say that of course.
Apparently the Reptilians have only one law-- That law is essentially the same as the Satanists and its do what ever you want as well.
Back to the soul
The soul LEARNS through trial and error. Well IF I as the soul sat in the body of Adolph Hitler and that didn't seem very nice and it didn't ultimately work either. THEN--- So acting like Adolph Hitler and all his hobbies are off the list of good things to do. And so on.
SO THERE MUST BE SOULS THAT HAVE LEARNED A LOT AND THOSE THAT ARE DOPES. OR THEY ARE NOVICES AND LEARN VERY LITTLE. They are slow learners. Put nicely they are naïve as to what works-- yes ?? or actually their memories are being so erased -- WHY ???? So they can stay naive -- and therefor PASSIVE TO ANY NEGATIVE ACTIVITY OBSERVED - WONT GET IN THE WAY OF THE NEGATIVE AGENDA TO CONTOL AND DOMINATE OTHERS.
So then it would mean a well experienced SOUL would not cooperate within a body that was doing truly evil activities -- I AM POSTULATING
So then what are the types of souls that need to be jailed ??? Ans it would be a soul that was not cooperating with the Negative Authorities within the Universe - Yes ?
Those souls will work against the NEGATIVE AGENDA--- These souls (PERHAPS) have an ability to return to memory and then stop cooperating again.
As time went on more and more souls would have to be captured and housed in SOUL JAILS. These types of souls would be seen as some how -- unreliable or contaminated or un -controllable to allow evil activities etc.
Billions and billions of them !! Maybe its trillions-- memories have to be erased and escape must be prevented in order for a good Series of Dictatorships to control the entire universe. Yes ?
Now if memories can be erased then souls can be recycled and PACIFIED.--- purified - simplified -- DUMBED DOWN - to sit passively in a body. The mind -- the body then can be manipulated to do as it is told. Chips in the head!! THATS an ultimate way to do that.
But if we look at the BANK of souls sitting probably within the hollow moon -- we could look at it as a Bank -- valuable -- WORTH HAVING - STEALING- AND CONTROLING
if a bank was becoming vulnerable to take over or theft -- WHO OR WHAT WOULD BE INTERESTED IN HAVING THAT --- ASSET ?
A dictatorship would-- A Soul bank suddenly to release all its knowledgeable souls would be a real hazard to a powerful dictatorship. Because all those millions of souls would work against that dictatorship.
Washing the souls and housing them could be charged for as I think these jails must be doing. Huge sums of money and goods must be charged by the SOUL JAILING COMPANY -- AND THATS EXACTLY WHAT IT IS.
SATAN ! no one wants to talk about Satan. Apparently he exists an was Remote Viewed by Far Sight. Satan would I think be very interested in a Bank of Souls. First they can be tortured and turned into Demons. I think it was viewed in the Torture views that were seen (to my mind).
The soul must be a very powerful entity when fully activated. If souls can be stripped of memories and new (satanic ) memories can be inserted -- well then THAT must also be a very powerful thing.
And so we could take a little from the Bible (something I didn't put really an store in) . But if there is going (as the Bible indicates) a battle for the souls -- perhaps then there is a scientific TRUTH to this.
We have hear predictions of Earth Being destroyed (REMOTE VIEWED by others) - actually attacked and destroyed. Who would do this and why would they do this to such a precious world with all that DNA and bio life ??
A powerful Galactic dictatorship would do it. But what could motivate them to chuck in the towel and destroy such a planet -- the last resort -- !! I think it would be something that threatened their very existence ! Why would they destroy the Earth ?
Because they no longer could control the humans on that Earth - and those Humans were in the process of destroying the local Jail of Souls- to allow the mass release of trapped Souls ! So destroying the Earth would be the objective because that's where the Humans lived (that have gone rogue). But the moon would stay intact to be moved elsewhere - because it still houses the souls.
I think that might be the only thing that could take them down. And every dictatorship in the entire universe would want to come together like Hitler- like Mussolini- like Hirohito did to align themselves to a cause. THAT CAUSE WILL BE SELF PRESERVATION.
now we are all new to this knowledge of souls. We are just waking up. But the powers in the universe have been around for millions of years.
They would have discovered the soul and created devices to remove it and study it as we have heard here and there.
They would have found out its frequency and its power and seen that each soul was individually made and therefor able to be identified.
And eventually they would have tracked souls
like we track individual whales and dolphins. We track those and give them numbers. We can tag a whale with a tracking device and track it all over the world now and we sometimes do that. Whale number 347 A has returned to such and such a bay as it does each year. It likes to eat seals and so on. It has in mate as before for the last 10 years an so on.
After a while they could track souls and notice things like the same soul (soul 123 for instance) returned as a revolutionary on planet X a thousand years ago and also returned to planet Y also as a revolutionary to foment revolution against the establishment on this or that planet Y.
And a plan was hatched. Why not capture soul 123 and thereby prevent it from coming back to cause trouble !
AND why not identify every soul and when capturing trouble makers capture their souls to prevent them from EVER coming back to cause trouble ??!! An ultimate control plan for the universe !!

So Humans are going back to the Moon - going to walk on it not just fly by. NASA is trying to launch a really big rocket now and plans are to physically walk on the moon in two years.
Isnt it strange no one has landed on the moon for what 50 years ? And if you look at Ingo Swann remote viewing of the moon - he reported the DOMA said it was ok for Russia -China and USA to come back to the moon. That's very nice of them to let us do that.
So the Humans are going back to a SPACE SHIP orbiting around Earth-- Its not a regular satellite.
They are visiting a space ship- An Alien Space Ship-- not a satellite
Now if you think about that -- that's a very strange statement.
How does one get to go to a SPACE SHIP ? How does someone come over to you home-- where you live ? There has to be some circumstances set in place doesn't there ?
1-- It has to be someone you plan to be friendly with -- No ?
2- Its someone you want to associate with
3- Its someone you will trust or want to trust- to do business with or hang out with or make agreements with- someone you want to have cordial relations with at least
4- they get invited by you - they don't break in - they are told or invited -- "Hey stop by any time or come by at the weekend party "
5- and also remember they weren't going to the moon (your space ship) for 50 years but now the humans must have done something VERY NICE FOR YOU -- so that you would now invite them up to your space ship. Seems logical to me.
