First what are average d3aths and what are "excess de@ths" ? Well here is a definition from Health Canada --

4) No one un-vaccinated is to be allowed in a store to buy food without a vaccine this time. House Holds are to designate the person who will shop for food to get the first vaccine and they will receive a "Vaccine Passport" which will allow them to work and to buy the family food. People RUSH to get their vaccine !!
Pfizer will declare they have just enough (say about 1 billion vaccines in stock to vaccinate the house-hold food buyer) and they are working over time to get the other vaccines ready ! Hurrah for Pfizer !
Each country is to take these specific instructions and apply them as WHO has instructed. Failure to do so will mandate sanctions against that country until they fall back into line. Presidents of countries not following orders are to be arrested and a military overseer is to be installed by the strongest countries from the west.
After those persons are vaccinated world wide then and only then, the others of the population will be vaccinated. No Vaccine, no school, no work, no food. No products are to be sold to anyone without a vaccine passport and police are to be notified that an unvaccinated person is loose in the population and not at home, if they try to get out.
Travel of any kind will be stopped. All planes are to be ready to fly vaccines around the world where teams of vaccinators will disembark vaccinating those citizens of that county immediately. Military teams will be involved and maybe the vaccinators; side arms at the ready.
Media can travel with the planes as long as they understand their role in this emergency.
Citizens not complying with these orders can be arrested and will be quarantined in camps set up by their respective countries.

If websites continue to allow posters to be on these websites then the website owners are to be arrested. Questions of whether criminals like this should be in jail instead of remaining employed will be asked. Employers when discovering these criminals in their midst will fire those employees immediately because of the fear taking hold.
Energy weapons will be used all over the world (no Nukes are used). This will be unnecessary as highly sophisticated weapons exist that do not involve nukes.
Countries will be defeated and a new world order will be established.
Pandemics will continue-regularly and no elections will be held for many years. - AI is massively deployed using such systems as the Planetary Satellite system that Elon Musk has launched; to as to surveil the population and guard the sky's. AI will be given control of this system.
From Stage Left will Enter TOM CRUZE to save the day. After much action, deep brow wrinkling and furrowing the hands Tom saves the world --TOM is made president of the United States and marries Camala Harris, this ticks off Camala big time, but hey she gets Tom, so its a Disney ending. (and anyway there isn't any power the president holds anyway, by then - its all just an honorary position - where they make someone the president just for show really- and to make people happy and fuzzy inside). Tom will be sort of a tour guide inside the white house, showing up sort of like Hugh Heffner with Camala by his side for photo shoots for the tourists.
I have been told there is an AI movie out with Tom Cruze - however I believe it is all AI takes over the world kind of movie-- a good one I hear.
But this movie will involve AI only as a side show to regular military take over of the world and a depopulation scheme. TOM plays in both films-- I have him on speed dial- but I think he's just too busy to take my phone calls. I'm sure that's it.
