The discussion turns to the Chinese and Russians jointly working together to return to the moon.
I said earlier that the USA china and Russia were now allowed to go to the moon.
That permission had been granted by the DOMA - and the DOMA chip their population and are a galactic mafia. The reason (as I wrote earlier) that the humans can return to the Mafias territory is because the humans are “made” members now. They “(the humans) have come to an understanding. They have been made an offer Dey can’t refuse” kapish ?

So dat means de death traps is run by da humans. an da understanding that they keep the same deals and practices. Recycling souls- shipping off humans and children and of course pay a 10% -20% kick back in gold and DNA.
The 'HUMANS' that can do this sort of thing to another being are not real...they are programs run by the matrix construct. It's why we see patterns in what happens and they try and try to keep us down as much as they can because they want to continue to rule this planet and we supply the energy for them. The machine is running out of energy and like a computer is full up of data so it's trying to purge, and clear but still needs to keep us all in the inverted reality and that is getting very hard for them while we real humans are waking up. Yes, the traps are run by 'human looking beings' but they are not human like us.
