Crew's final words: 'All good here'
Investigators with the US Coast Guard revealed one of the crew's final messages before it lost contact with a ship above water: "All good here."
- The hearing revealed other text messages between Titan and its mother ship as the deep-sea vessel began its trek to the sea floor to see the iconic British ocean liner that sank in 1912.
- Support staff aboard the surface ship asked about the submersible's depth and weight.
- Communications were patchy throughout the descent, according to investigators.
- About one hour into the dive, the Titan sent a message at a depth of 3,346m that would be its last. The crew communicated it had dropped two weights.
- Then communication was lost.

Witness recalls last look at Titan crew: 'Five people smiling'
- Mission specialist Renata Rojas, who helped with the doomed trip as a volunteer, testified before the US Coast Guard on her interaction with the crew before the sub descended.
- At one point, Ms Rojas teared up while remembering "five people smiling" before boarding the Titan and heading below the water.
- "They were just happy to go, that’s the memory I have," she said.
- She remembered losing communication and asking colleagues: "We haven't heard from them, where are they?"
- Ms Rojas, who previously visited the Titanic wreckage with OceanGate, admitted that the Titan submersible was not classified or registered.
- "I knew the Titanic dive was risky, but I never felt unsafe," she said during the hearing.

Whistleblower: Tragedy was 'inevitable'
- OceanGate's former operations director David Lochridge testified to US Coast Guard investigators that he warned of potential safety issues before he was fired in 2018.
- He claimed he was ignored.
- Mr Lochridge said he believed the deadly incident with the Titan was "inevitable" as the company "bypassed" standard rules.
- He was fired and sued by OceanGate for revealing confidential information, and he countersued for wrongful dismissal.
- US court documents show Mr Lochridge had significant concerns with the Titan's design, including that it was made from carbon fibre which he warned would damage further with every dive.
- He told US Coast Guard investigators the "whole idea" of OceanGate was "to make money".
- "There was very little in the way of science," he said.

New footage reveals Titan wreckage
- The US Coast Guard released new footage showing the wreckage of the Titan sub on the bottom of the sea floor.
- The deep-sea vessel is seen with the "OceanGate" logo on its side as debris is scattered around it.
- The vessel's tail can also be spotted among the wreckage as well as the submersible's wires, gauges and electronics.
- A remotely operated vehicle obtained the footage.

Leading submersible manufacturer: Titan was 'not ready for primetime'
- Patrick Lahey, the co-founder and chief executive of leading submersible manufacturer Triton, told investigators he wasn't impressed by the Titan submersible.
- Mr Lahey's company manufactures submersibles that descend to the deepest points of the ocean.
- While not mandatory, he stressed the importance of certifying submersible vessels through a process that involves an extensive safety assessment carried out by independent marine organisations.
- Mr Lahey told the panel there was no reason why the Titan submersible couldn't have been certified.
- He toured the Titan sub that later imploded while on vacation in the Bahamas and said he "wasn't particularly impressed" by what he saw.
- "It looked to me like a lot of the stuff was not quite ready for primetime," he added, saying he expressed his concerns to OceanGate.
- Mr Lahey added that the vessel did not seem "particular well thought out".
- "It just looked amateur-ish in its execution," he said.

How OceanGate Titan Sub Realtime Hull Monitor FAILED! RTM

I have been wondering what the sensor on the inside of the hull was and I it seems there were sensors ‘Acoustic Emission Detectors’ within the carbon fibre, placed at different locations on the interior of the hull, which would record any sound of the hull under stress – fibres breaking, hull stress, and these ‘sounds’ would be recorded by the sensors and sent to the computer in the way of recorded data on a chart.

On the audio sensor data there were indications that the acoustic emission detectors were recording sounds coming from the hull, but 3 of the sensors seemed to be offline (red dots), and it seems that in previous testings of the hull, data that was indicating noises from the hull were mapped but not considered.

When I look at the red dot on the hull – I wonder if this had something to do with the red glowing box I saw on the interior wall that was malfunctioning – the sensor that didn’t work? Or maybe it was working and alerting them?

This is the real-time monitoring charts that show the detection of noise in the interior of the carbon fibre hull. The spike indicating the acoustic monitors picking up noise in the hull.

During the session there were sounds I heard – tick, tick, tick, and boomp, boomp, boomp.
I wonder if these sounds were some of the acoustic sounds which the detectors were picking up.

There is much more information in the video regarding these sounds and their detection.
Just some thoughts.

Where are the remains?
Resumed Human Remains were found and DNA was tested - 5 people were identified from the DNA profiles.
This is a really interesting video which asks many questions - and examines the found pieces which from the Titan submersible. Much of it can be identified even though the pieces were damaged.
The original thought was that anything and everything that went through the explosion would be badly damaged - but it wasn't. The debris field is observable and recognizable.

well flat earth apparently Del already debunked that one on the Space x target... but im thinking more if there are cities beneath the ocean bed or tunnels that will lead to another frequency/vibrational realities as we saw in the SSP project or the water as a element is being used as a portal in some way.

I have no problem with the undersurface cities, environments, underwater under-base-layer continental transit tunnels (both natural and man-made) - I have RV'd a 'tunnel' type situation from Antarctica to Australia - then the natural (above seabed) tunnels take over - they are extensive. When I did this RV, there was one section of the tunnel that I didn't understand completely - it seemed like a locked-off section, or a section that required something to keep transiting the tunnel) - it is beneath the seabed, a lot further down. Artur, this reminds me of a portal - that section of the tunnel.
There is another which branches out to the Indian Ocean as well.

oh men so much info in there, it would be great if you had the time and the will to post those sessions like you did with Tesla. nevertheless there's a subject worth looking at!

In February 2025, the U.S. Coast Guard released an audio recording believed to capture the implosion of the Titan submersible, which tragically resulted in the loss of five lives during its June 18, 2023 expedition to the Titanic wreck site. The recording, made public on February 7, 2025, was captured by a National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) passive acoustic recorder located approximately 900 miles (1,450 kilometers) from the incident site. The audio features a brief period of static followed by a deep boom, consistent with an implosion event.

The release of this recording is part of the Coast Guard's ongoing investigation into the incident, aiming to provide clarity and enhance safety measures for future deep-sea explorations.

Latest Coast guard release of never-before-seen video of Stockton Rush's wife when she hears a 'bang' whilst onboard the companion ship listening to the audio of the Titan Submersible ... just after they lose tracking for the Titan.

They also recovered some computer parts and chip boards or phone boards from the debris on the base surface.
Considering at the time it was believed that nothing would have survived - they have had 'bits' that survived the implosion.

From the RV: "Flash viewing - There is a recording – message? (on a phone or device?) – in the sand – foliage - on the bottom of the ocean"

Updated reports added to the data regarding the OceanGate Titan

From the wreckage they find the burnt pieces of wiring, from the PC/Servers Room - computers and hull - this was from the Electronics Report.
I could smell smoke from heat - data pointed to a switch at the back of the hull which had started to glow red.

Due to pressure in the cabin the air will heat up, but there was some form of fire on board. They were also able to recover a hard drive and some other electronic gear such as a mobile. They found photos on the hard drive from previous trips. The camera used was mounted on the craft.
