These Telepathy Tapes are speakin to me

I have heard the theory that the CIA became very very interested in children with Autism. When I first heard it, I thought OKAY Simon Parks is a fraud at least in this story. But now I see its true.

Next - Kennedy speaks about the meeting in the woods (I think its in the "Questioning what we've been told) involving the Pharmaceutical industry when they discovered that their vaccines were producing high numbers of autistic children. (speaking to Shawn Ryan). It would appear the Drug industry was duped into using or developing some vaccine that would increase autism.
This sent them into a panic and the deep woods to eventually hide the evidence.

Now Darpa has been involved in just about everything, such as Elons self driving cars, the internet and developing the Rna vaccines.

My Conspiracy story goes like this. Darpa was involved with feeding information to the pharmaceutical industry to develop a certain line of drugs. Those drugs had some kind of a base in it or elements in it that when injected into children or mothers where it then caused a massive increase of Autistic children. This was a deliberate move by the CIA- directed DARPA agency to push up the number of autistic children.

This is because CIA wanted to study them AND FURTHER USE THEM. The CIA some how became aware of EXACTLY what we are hearing now on these Telepathy tapes. There is a connection with this Telepathy and UFOs and flying saucers. Flying saucers must be flown by amazingly sensitive humans in order for them to work. I'm not saying an Autistic child can fly the saucer, however they could mind meld with it just sitting in its docking bay. So the hunt was on to genetically modify a human to be more like an autistic child while still maintaining all the scientific mind set of a regular pilot /scientist.

And all these stories we have heard about experiments on Ch!ldr3n and breeding mothers underground are likely true. I sort of think I know what one of their experiments was focused on.

I have heard the average jet pilot cannot fly a flying saucer because their mind is all about control and mathematics and similar. They have no intuition like these autistic children. The Alien flying saucer is ALIVE, and it needs to meld with the pilots mind. Otherwise the saucer cannot react instantly to the thought of the pilot.

The massive increase of autism that Kennedy and Trump speak of was a deliberate operation by the CIA/Darpa organization to solve the pilot - saucer problem.

One last point. The same story about telepathy and autism that the CIA is fascinated about is our salvation as well. While the CIA study's the condition to do their usual activities - (CONTROL THE WORLD)-- it seems to me it is the answer for us as well.

Because the Teachers (one in particular) talks about becoming telepathic herself. She thinks it was because she had become more spiritual and open. I think in order to fly a flying saucer (Really well) I suspect you have to be a little autistic. BUT I wonder if the missing element is, one has to have love, and spirituality as well !! And no CIA program is ever going to produce that in a can, a vaccine or in some machine.

This world is now so strange -- AND ITS GETTING INTERESTING TOO !!

Ok your post is interesting. Haven't had time to listen to it completely however I have started and will complete it later.
Short points to add

(Simon Parkes again) Simon hammered on say about 5-10 years ago about dolphins. He said the same thing - that is was illegal to communicate or connect with dolphins (by yourself). In the zoo-theme park was ok but not by yourself. Next he said dolphins were very special and that there was some kind of connection between dolphins and some off world planet.

Now I posted something earlier( I think in "Questioning what we've been told"- I think it was) about a dolphin that had committed "suicide" after "falling in love" with a female researcher and then she left him (because the research was stopped). And in that post I speculated and suggested farsight should remote view a dolphin and see if they could communicate with it at a distance. The idea being that we already had "intelligent life" here on earth - and forget some old slimy alien - Lets remote view a dolphin !! Whhooo Hooo ! But nobody listened -booo to them.

But further I speculated that Earth is a " library" of DNA , and that is what makes the aliens so interested in it. Further that there is a DNA war of the worlds going on. This I suggested was because the Aliens are extending their lives longer and longer. The fact that they did that extending meant that they didn't genetically develop much any more.

It is said the Reptilians can extend their lives to hundreds of thousands of years. They did this by putting gold at the end of their Telomeres (spelling?) of their DNA. And Gold is a great demand of the Reptilians. It is said to be the reason they came to Earth in the first place. As well as being directed to do so by Galactic AI.

But further that for every species here on Earth I wondered if there is another parallel race of Aliens living in proto form on Earth. Now I didn't say all the species here are Aliens species. But some could be. So I suggested that each alien species puts their proto species here to keep it vibrant and in fighting condition.

(It is said the octopus is a very strange (alien) species. I wouldn't be surprised if there isn't and 8 legged alien flying a pink saucer on its way to Earth as we chat. )

It would be continually developing and genetically augmenting itself. In this way when they wanted to upgrade their DNA they would swoop down on earth and scoop up some DNA and re-insert it into their own DNA. In this way each competing Alien race keeps up with the Reptilians and other who are fiddling genetically with their own DNA.

So then there might be a DNA race out in the universe, and its is a serious one like its an arms race. And I wonder if the CIA and Darpa have realized this and doing all these diabolical genetic experiments underground because of this ?

But the fact one of the teachers of the children says the children are mentally telling these teachers about parallel universes, and timelines and so on is "fantastic or is it fantastical' ?

But these tapes lead somewhere and the telepathy has to have been known about by the CIA for many many decades.

I think there is something to it all because of the Parkes, dolphin, thing, and all these other points too. Like the massive increase of Autism etc. All pieces of the jigsaw puzzle ?

One more little clue. There was a post I did about using sound as a study of cancer cells- to photograph healthy/or cancer cells and then perhaps using sound to cure disease. (it think it was cynetics ? or something like that ) Its somewhere in "Questioning ....." .

But somewhere in that gentleman's story of cancer was also a story of the study of dolphins They reproduced the sound signal of the dolphin after it saw a bucket with something in it. When they reproduced the sound - what did they recreate ? It was the image of the bucket and the object !!

Well the Love sick dolphin that killed itself was also about "communicating" with an other intelligent being ! Get it ? And suddenly the experiment stopped -- HA HA ! Right -- but it probably didnt stop- they CIA suddenly got interested in it.

Because what do aliens and Dolphins have in common ? They are projecting images or detecting imagery with their minds ! What if dolphins are communicating to each other with sound or More ? Do we believe those intelligent animals that have bigger brains than we do go --- squeak squeak when they see a fish. And if they see a shark they only go "EEEk EEEEk Eeeek ?! Really !

And so the law perhaps is really there to stop paying too much attention to dolphins. Because dolphins are important to this UFO puzzle

I’m about 3/4 thru it. Seams mostly blue lights. Is it possibly mostly lights and maybe a trick ? Interesting though. Those sorts of sightings have been the start of a saucer coming out of the water but haven’t seen that yet so far

David, and others here on the thread, you prompted me to go look for any CIA documents with experimentation with children and PSI capabilities.

Interestingly enough, there is a paper in the Stargate section, from China, outlining the formation of a Human Sciences Dept looking at paranormal and psychic abilities - specifically in children, started in around 1979.
The paper is extensive - 100 pages, and it gives an overview of the protocols and research carried out on certain human capabilities which are 'psychic' or paranormal' which children (youth) display. They also mention the parents in the studies, but it seems more of a cultural and respectful inclusion as they 'offer' their children for the betterment of 'the Party' and mankind.

There are some interesting experiments conducted - they are listed at the beginning of the document.
On page 47, you see where one Chinese Research Team present their methods and results regarding 'X-ray' and 'Long Distance Vision' capabilities. In the margin, someone (maybe in the CIA) has written "RV", recognizing the experiments that they were conducting were RV based protocol.
The paper describes methods of 'blocking' - or blinding of the target from the viewer - though they don't exactly use the words Remote Viewing, you can see the similarities of blinding the target for scientific purposes.
There was also some data on the significance of QiGong and psychic abilities too.
It will take me a bit longer to read through the paper - but you may find it interesting.

The experiments on children and PSI abilities has been happening worldwide for many years. The difference I think in some countries is, that politically, parents offer their children for experimental research. In some other countries, they just take them, and in others it takes independent research to do the studies. Thats not conclusive of course, just an observation - aftercall, we are all an experiment.

Oh and another thing - the Universities and Institutes that are associated with these studies - some names and places look familiar.
