I am wondering if one of you guys who are good at remote viewing could remote view from the shooters perspective. And then a view from behind him as an onlooker. And then from the driver's perspective. Obviously not a blind viewing, and more of a telepathic view from those involved.
From this video it does not look like the car hit him. It also does not look like she was blocking the road. The vehicle next to her cut her off as she went to leave. Then the truck pulls up, so she waves him to go first. This is something we would all do. The officer in the truck gets out and casually walks up telling her to leave, move her vehicle. It was only after the second crazy officer runs up and starts yelling get out of the car, trying to open her door, that she tries to leave. I have no doubt if her door was unlocked, he would have dragged her out of the car slamming her to the ground. Of course she was scared and just tried to leave. And a third officer had no reason to go to the front left of her car and draw his weapon in the first place. Then it looks like he just started shooting because she was trying to leave.
That's a part of the video I hadn't seen. It sure doesn't look like it needed to escalate to shooting from my perspective.
