TL;DR: I “saw” an alien in my living room when I started watching the first Close Encounters video, on 7/27/22. He wasn’t physically present, I saw him with my mind’s eye, as it were, but I was fully conscious and my physical eyes were open. Anyone else?

Long version with the juicy details:
I was wondering if anyone else has had this type of experience since Farsight posted the Close Encounters content a couple of months ago.

Early in the evening on July 27, I got comfy in my recliner and started watching the first Close Encounters of the Farsight Kind video. Even before I got started, I had a sense of … something happening. I didn’t get too far into the video, and I was maybe feeling paranoid/hopeful/scared of seeing an alien?

Anyway, I perceived one, standing in my living room. Tall (around 6 feet or so), very white (color, not ethnicity), thin, almost skeletal, with a very large head relative to the body, maybe large green eyes (I couldn’t see the face really well), male energy. He stood there for a bit, like he was posing for me, maybe phased out a little/went away as I was wondering if I was going crazy, praying, saying internally to leave me alone, but also thinking this was so cool!! Then a few minutes later, he came over and started touching/holding my left foot, like a family member might play with a child’s foot. My cat was asleep curled up next to my right leg, and did not react.

The alien’s personality was one of fun, almost like hide and seek. “Hey, look at me, can you see me?” If he wasn’t smiling, it certainly seemed like he was, that was my impression. He had an amused mood to it.

I asked “Who are you?” And received an impression of a high-vibration, well-intentioned being. Very curious, playful, and wants to interact with me. A little mischievous, maybe, like an older brother playing a prank.

I have never seen anyone or anything remotely like who/what I saw that night. I haven’t seen him since, although I sense that he’s checking in on me every now and then, just to see how I’m doing.

I have told “the universe” my whole life that I don’t want to see ghosts or weird things, because I knew that stuff would completely freak me out … and so I haven’t seen stuff (basically). Having said that, I have always been intuitive and have occasionally and spontaneously experienced telepathy. I’ve also dabbled in remote viewing, but that was many moons ago.

I only recently started exploring the whole UFOs/aliens topic, and as such I am relatively unaware of all the different types of aliens out there. I had to poke around on the internet for a while to find a picture that resembled the alien I saw. The internet says he’s one of the good ones, which was what I sensed as well.

Has this happened to anyone else, specifically as a result of watching the Close Encounters videos? You know, like maybe the good ETs’ meeting with Farsight was a kind of recruiting event?

This didn't happen at the time, but I've been combining Dr Greer's CE5 meditations where you basically use shamanic journeying/RV to visit a location where they are and have a conversation. I've found entities I've talked to in other guises turn out to be ETs that way. I'd like to see if Harvey or anyone in that group behind him would like to say Hi.

I'm curious to see if anyone knows me, tbh, which I realise is highly unlikely but as he said, the people who watched that did so for a reason. I like to think I'm one of the "free thinkers' he refers to. But who knows?

Now, I haven't used by Farsight sub in a while as I was off moving house and doing six other thing, and as I got back into my practices, last week during one of my 3am insomnia bouts I was meditating, and felt oddly sad in the inbetween (a dark empty space in my near astral I normally find comforting and safe). I just felt very abandoned and alone, which is weird for me as I'm a highly introverted hermit and never get lonely..

I reached out into the dark and just asked for guidance and said 'Help, I'm lost! I want to go home, where is my home?'. Two days ago I'd forgotten all that (what happens at 3am stays at 3am lol) it occurs to me to check and see what Farsight are up to, partly as someone is asking me to teach them what I know of remote viewing, (which isn't much but it's worth the effort if one more person gets it despite my lacking in teaching skills)... and three videos in I find the Conversations with Harvey. Half coincidence and half lead.

Well, the least I can do is thank Dr Brown for this ground breaking series and do some follow up myself. :)

I was trying to write a lot here but it all came out wrong. What the gist of it was is that contacts should be arranged, consensual and equal. All agendas need to be transparent. We are too easy to manipulate with feelings of joy and feelings of fear, so a well intentioned entity would not be taking us by surprise, or when we are alone for that matter. There is a terrible power imbalance because our grasp of the story is so partial. It is not an 'honour' to be chosen in this way and remember it is not us who is doing the choosing when these spontaneous events occur. We are known to these others but this is a one way street. Sounds a bit paranoid and fearful I guess but I was shocked to hear of someone attending their first Greer C5 event and eagerly surrendering his inner being to the first ET to manifest for him. I hope this was his positive destiny and not simply surrender to a random entity seeking access to this realm for work or for pleasure.

I know that when the occultists of the previous generation made contact with entities they considered it potentially dangerous and took great precautions passed down over generations for their safety. The journey for an adept took many years and much training and self-discipline with careful tutelage. Perhaps I am just being a bit too old fashioned when I speak like this. Remote Viewing is intentionally carried out in a conscious state and delimited by the time and place where the work is done and others can be present during the process. I do not see this as problematical.

We have no more reason to trust a strange ET in our space than a strange human. So while such an event is always possible I would suggest it is important to assert your entitlement to manage the encounter and to express annoyance if it is unwelcome, and to end the encounter if that is what you wish.
