Based on what data is Yeme making the claim that Earth is a prison?
Is there any new data out there?

Have a look at "The Death Traps" and "The Escape" mysteries projects. Also Harvey is confirming that he wants to free the people on Earth.

Regarding the question "school or prison", I recommend to listen to Aziz in the Lucifer project. He asks the higher being opposed to Lucifer how far we have come in becoming free. Aziz gets the impression of a "teacher" looking at an impatient student, giving the answer that we are at about 75% on the way, and that it's totally possible to lose the progress completely if we do not work together with the free will extraterrestrials.

Therefore the question "school or prison" is misleading. I think it's both. Earth is not a school planet, but a prison planet. The school is taking place on the galactic level. We graduate be freeing ourselves from the authoritarian mindset.

Freeing ourselves includes the understanding that the state (as a concept) is illegal in natural law if its based on aggression and coercion, which is true for every state on Earth, including the democratic ones. If you want to know more, have a look at Mark Passios "Natural Law" seminar:

About Harvey and although i do believe in him, but i do i do to same extent due to the fact that for millenia deception from the ET's was the main subject here. So i never assume, or at least try to, it's 100% legit.

Not only that but i wonder the possiblity that if there is the possibility that the moon works like a space station as our ancestors talked about it, a mechanism in order to control the simulation grid that is placed on Earth, next to a "way station" in between both structures as Bashar talked about it for e.g. and also hipnotherapic session done by Alba Weinman, chenneling sessions for e.g. in order to "manage" the souls, and all of the sundend due to Disclosure and war all of this grid is breack down making that re-incarnation on Earth is no longer a fact, then what would let us stoping to go back to where we came from, be whatever we were before existing on Earth, and since theres no human body therefore theres no limited DNA programming wich means we already became / are "evolved" as consciousness expressions that we are. with all the knowledge that consciousness is (that is embeded with unconditional love, divine knowledge, conected to source).
