He is in prison now. There are allegations of infidelity by his former partners against him and the German authorities used these to imprison him. Investigative detention can be for years in Germany...

I did a quick read, and I'm slightly confused - one section says he was arrested in the German consulate in Tijuana, another says at the airport... if it's at the airport, then there'd be the issue of expedition (normally).

@Larry - so, any suggestions that an intelligence agency may commit a false flag event endangering the lives of supposed national allies is now a religious attack?? @Elemi - last I heard (and, admittedly, that's going back many years), regarding the 7/7 bombing in London... the security camera operator is connected to Mossad (definitely owned by an Israeli company) and refused to release all the videos... not suspicious at all! (of course, if someone can provide evidence I'm wrong, please feel free to rip off my tinfoil hat!)

Fuellmich's arrest happened at the airport, because of an expired Id document, although the consul was waiting outsides to hand him a new one. Then he got expelled to Germany where he is in jail now. I am reporting what I heard about the stuff by Fuellmich's lawyer's statement and internet sources:

The two guys are co-founding members of a nonprofit company Fuellmich and Viviane Fischer founded to manage the C-Investigative Commission. The company has not been enlisted correctly yet and thus is still in pre-founding stage. Fuellmich and Fischer also founded another company later, so things are very unclear. They received millions as donations by their viewers. But who got the money? The old company, the new one or Fuellmich/Fischer privately? The other guys did not take part in the public committee hearings. Fuellmich and Fischer tried to secure that money, because the German authorities started to seize assets from the C-opposition. They bought Gold and Fuellmich took two private loans, secured by his house. All founders are enlisted in the founding documents as CEOs with sole representation. Fuellmich and Fischer both signed the Gold deal and the loan contract. The Gold is in a Safestorage and can only be taken out with the signatures of Fischer and Fuellmich. The House had been sold and the money got into the hands of one of the other co-founding lawyers by means of a real estate security charge which was somehow put on F's property after he had already sold it! So the guy took the whole money from the sale (a lot more than F. owes the company) from F by a (doubtful) action with help of a notary. And afterwards filed him for infidelity. Now F is in jail and cannot join the owner assembly and the other guys are in power and may want to change the constitution to for-profit. That would (in worst case) enable them to cash in on the donations. In the meantime they also demanded from Fischer to pay back all expenses the company made for the new studio, filmcrew, etc. And also the other money... Now she wishes Fuellmich would be free to help her -after before also claiming in public that F. had been infidel. (-What a joke!)
The public prosecutor's office claims F. has put money in his own bag by paying 25k€ per month to his own law firm for the office work they conducted for the n-p company. -We are talking about est. 900.000 emails and thousands of phonecalls which the committee received from the viewers who were seeking for help and/or wanted to give hints and information, etc.during that time. Normally this would be a private lawsuit (at first). But the attorney jailed him just for these allegations by his "partners".
Such things happen in Germany now. Another important critic, Michael Ballweg, who organised big C-demonstrations (even RFK jr. took part in Berlin) just came out of jail after 10 months investigative custody. The original charges were dismissed, the judge denied to hear exonerating witnesses several times and let him cuffed during the 6 hour trial without an ordinary resolution. Now they try to get him with tax stuff: "Unsuitable attempt to launder money" - all his assets are still confiscated. -He has also put more of his private money into the funding than he received back in donations.
