We had the dirty bomb and biowar/chemical threat scare after 9/11 and during the Ukraine war. In fact, it is a major reason why the Russians attacked Ukraine in the first place. Selensky announced just before the war started that he wanted to build their own nuclear program. They have the power plants needed to produce plutonium... A dirty bomb scenario is entirely possible. but also propaganda from both sides. Ru claimed at least twice during the conflict, that Selensky is planning a false flag (in form of a dirty bomb explosion near a power plant to blame on the Russians and to get NATO directly involved when the wind blows the fallout into NATO territory). I think this is all propaganda - perhaps one of the last attempts by the DS to fuel the Russia threat narrative. Also always a good headline for the newspapers to draw attention (to or from sth.?). But such a false flag ("Russian" DB in the USA or Europe) could also be one of the last desperate options for Selensky...
