Is that process over? Has death process changed
There are many realms in which one can «incarnate» into;
The user currently named Exodus has mentioned that «re-incarnation» (and death) used to be a painless process that one could do at-will; don't like the physical-body you're in? Just leave it (like exiting from a mech-robot; in this case... a biological space-suit).
The «Grid» is still currently up there; Death-Traps in Remote-Viewing Vocabulary; the «Firmament» when historically recorded by early religion.
Removing these Death-Traps first requires waking up the Zombies (this term is used to refer to humans with no memories of having existed before birth on earth).
Not sure what you are referring to as you have a very open question. If you mean the recycling process, then it will be completely individual. Whatever one believes at the death transition is going to provide the experience they should expect. Some expect a saviour, some family, some anything at all, etc. Some will expect to exit but will be recycled regardless and sorely disappointed until the mind wipe blank slates one all over again, then the 'forced' login back into the game here. It will take a focused individual effort on the result 'you' want, not something you have been told or heard. It will take conviction, not a let's see what happens attitude.
If you are asking about the 'do not pass, return to jail' trap, there are those who claim the 'grid' is down, or has holes in it to exit through. There are some claiming it doesn't exist at all. So who is right? There is an info minefield out there, so my thinking is be very careful what I take on as 'the truth'. We have to sort it all out ourselves and find our own position on what information feels right for us, better still do our own exploration if possible and find out for ourselves. Either way, a solid plan of action should be in place before the death experience.
