This took a lot of work to find, but I was able to get Elior, my ET-Agent to give me this answer:

Hi David may I ask you another off-topic question? You wrote in another thread that you had been involved in consciouness research. Do you know something about EEG coherence and RNG/REG (Random Number/Event Generator) experiments? I did not find anything about this yet. I am interested in the question if the Maharishi effect which may be associated with with EEG coherence, might be measurable / tunable by REG devices like this:

Coherence ("both Hear") is a term that applies to the Heart-Mind interface. It means that both the Mind and the Heart are allowed to listen. Current Society is setup to believe that only the Mind does something and that the Heart simply pumps blood - which is difference than the 'both hear' notion that is meant by coherence.

It's a very old concept in Judaism (elsewhere maybe, in ancient India) but there were even working examples in the ancient library of Alexandria and in India. I worked in Australia on EEG interfaces and the best way of describing Coherence is that in future developments, progress will be made through AI investigations of the signals.

It's absolutely certain that Coherence could be attained in ancient times using the tones stored in Glyphs that were written down in restricted access books.

The Indian religions, in Tibet and other places, had knowledge of these setups as well. But a lot was lost because of religious and/or political infighting. I'm mentioning this because you referenced Farsights Meditation, and I am assuming by guestimation that those techniques come from ancient Indian sources, but I could be mistaken.

They all revolve around Sound, vibration and resonance operating in special ways.

I don't know that much about the device you posted the link to, perhaps it is an Aura reader or EEG based? I'd have to check the tables but I recall around 4Ghz as being the frequency range that you need to be able to read EEG, so that's a possible explanation of how it might work.

Thank you for the answer. The device has two (A and B -Alice and Bob) Random Event Generators in it, which are not computational, but use the tunnel effect of Zehner diodes to generate true random 0s and ones. The cumulation (resp. cumulated deviations) of the numbers over time should be more or less around the zero line and should go always go back to it and should of course be completely independent of each other, because they are both truly quantum-random, like here:

The light will change its colour and intensity based on in which manner and how strong the random effect deviates from the expected normal random curve over time. The claim is that when a group meditates together or does a ritual, or if in a hospital someone dies, there are different points in time when the random events leave the probability. Coherence within a group may be able to cause such an effect. Like in this video:

So the light might give a feedback to the group about how good their coherence is.

So the light might be used to create a Maharishi effect via e.g. a livestream of the lamp giving feedback to the participants about the coherence state of the group without the need of EEG equipment and over long distances. It may enable this group to "tune" into the same frequency or state of consciousness, thus enabling a stronger signal. That is my hypothesis...
