Therein lies the issue; they CANNOT «REACH» you UNTIL you are operating at a sufficiently «Resonance-Tuned» Frequency; it's similar to if I were to «speak» to a «mortal» from an Astral-Form or even my Quantum Non-Form; would they «hear» what I have to say? I will let you take a look at one of my EARLIEST Memories of Existence from BEFORE I «incarnated» here into this particular universe... look at those moving dots and the waves emitted from the Central-Sphere.

Each of those «dots» represents a «contaminated» ISBE; Oh, I was there, but, attempts to talk/communicate to them were FRUITLESS, because, the MOMENT they were «contaminated» as a result of those Mind-Controlling Impulse-Waves, I LITERALLY became «invisible» and thus NON-EXISTENT from THEIR perspective (and, I must say, that was QUITE the «Twilight-Zone» to be witnessing as ALL of those TRILLIONS of ISBEs had apparently LOST THEIR DAMN MINDS and ALL ability to recognise me, telepathically communicate with me, etc., etc.).

Truly, though, NONE have proven to be «worthy» of «saving» save for maybe 0.000000000000000000000000000000000003% who _eventually_ managed to get out of the trap-existences... rest of the ISBEs...? They have NEVER gotten out even after «FOR-EVER» time; we're not talking about a mere million or billion or even trillion or trillions of years... I really DO mean FOR-EVER, and, that is PRECISELY what FOR-EVER means, because FOR-EVER IS FOR-EVER.

If you watch the «animation» for long enough, you will eventually see a handful of dots come out of the larger central-sphere, zipping out past all the others; THOSE were the FEW who had EVER been «saved» (or shall I say «returned») back to their TRUE HOME...
