I don't know if all the details match up, I don't see 3 cops as described in the RV for May. I don't have all the details, but Its very uncanny to me how similar this event is to the RV reading for May. Problem is this kind of event happens all the time in America. Death by Cop.
Some more details on this incident. I found more details on this event from the UK news, not much in American news. I don't know if the Sun newspaper is reliable or like a national enquirer.

Looks like the victim was shot 3 times but not by 3 cops.
Appears 2 cops showed up to a disturbance seen.
This news story doesn't seem to have the domestic violence aspect to it suggested by the RV.

The buildings in the RV drawing are very similar to the apartment buildings in the area of the shooting.
Problem with an RV read like this - to subjective, this sort of event happens to often to perhaps pin down a single event. Though there is some matches with the data I don't know if its enough to prove a viable statistical anomaly. Month of May is not over so who knows, its possible a better match shows up somewhere else this month. But I feel like its this event mentioned in the RV because the video is going viral across global news networks and its a very close match to the RV.
I read the The sun daily uk newspaper about 30 years. They report on all the matter, serious or not. In the UK our police don't pull out guns, unless they are armed robbers basically lol... Its not likely to be a UK target imo.
When I had more time I used a different search engine and there is all kinds of news stories on this event in America. The first news reports had little detail.
I was trying to find a picture of the cop that did the shooting to see if he matched the RV. No luck yet.
Kelly, in the UK he probably would not have died. I don't know why this guy couldn't of been tazed. Shot in the leg and brought down? I don't know. Its hard to put ones self in the position of a cop trying to deal with this kind of crazy person in a very quick moment where quick decisions must be made. Not sure how they would do it in the UK. Tackle and billy club? Stun gun?
