So to understand the question you would have to understand what this universe truly is. Here is my theory. This universe is a memory chip on a computer with 2-247x memory boards or parallel universes, all connected to the same machine. Time-space: There is no time only space. We are traveling across this memory chip at the speed of electricity, or almost the speed of light exactly like electricity going through a computer chip. So if you could get back to where you were 10 seconds ago, you would be when you were 10 seconds ago. Hence everything is happening now.
