Good morning Mr President. This is General Smith and I am General Jones of space command
President--Morning General,… General Smith please sit down and let’s begin our meeting.

This meeting will have to be brief and we will have to cover a lot of ground and let the details be filled in on our subsequent meetings.
General Smith- I understand Mr President-- we will try to be to the point and brief then.
President-- Well how about you start where you want and I will throw in some questions when I want to.
General Jones- Yes sir. I will start.
First a brief historical over view. Humanity is a product of evolution yes but greatly helped along by ETS.
Helped if I can use that word by the Reptilian race, the Manitids, the Blue avians and a host of others.
Throughout history a cohort of rulers have been installed by these Alien races.
Great monuments have been built with the assistance of these Aliens , be they the pyramids, South American Pyramids’, or the newly discovered Globecki Tepi and even Stone Henge.
President—for what purpose and what end ?
General Smith- The sole purpose was to gain control of the population by instilling a influential system of religion and install religious rulers – again all to put in a system of control mechanisms into the population.

General Jones.== The population along with a controlled monetary system, religious system and a system of Alien installed Rulers allowed the Alien races to control the growing population thru these rulers. This continued for thousands of years
President—I see .
Various advancements were introduced into the human race such as Genetic manipulation to increase brain size, the industrial revolution to speed up mechanization, Great Wars to consolidate power, and technology such as flying saucer technology to further speed up development
President—Again I will ask the first question. To what end ?
General Smith- well to answer that question---- in this whole complex affair I will have to slow down a little now.
When President Eisenhower met with the various alien races a very poor bargaining session was the result.
President—Yes I know about that meeting. Eisenhower was an idiot !!
General Smith—Sir I prefer to say a better bargaining position would have been a preferable outcome

General Smith-- Subsequent meetings and the multitude of players that we have discovered under our Earth crust and others making plays from out of our solar system and even inter-dimensionally has created a extremely complex problem.
President- simplify it for me-
General Smith – We were given the ultimatum that IF we wanted to play with the big boys throughout the universe we would need to do certain things.
President – such as??
General Smith- One was to gain total control over the population by means of technology right down to the thoughts of the individual population
President – how was that to be achieved?
General Jones—with all due respect Mr. President the question should be –how IS that being achieved.
We have with all our secret projects we have developed a system of control ourselves.
With chip miniaturization, implantation technology, biological products that will grow within the human body along with our satellites, mind control techniques now ramped up into this tech and delivered through the satellite system or 5G we can control most of the populations now or we will as soon will control them.
Our chip and play system soon to be installed into the populations of the world will come close to completing the project.
President – so everyone is going to be chipped ??/
General Jones—no sir—The millions of scientists and their families that we control will avoid this. We need these to continue our development of technology and to be a genetic pool of superior thinkers. A genetic pool of superior beings to be increased and augmented further.
Politicians, leaders we control and the military at least the upper echelons will not be chipped.
They will simply be controlled in the usually way. Though blackmail, coercion, incentives such as grants of money to complete their valued scientific projects and so on.
President – well what is the future look like ?? I have heard you guys even have the ability to see into the future.. Is this true ??
General Jones--- Well to be specific- though our back engineering of the downed UFOS we have developed this technology yes.
But we can only see possible futures. No future is set. We can see all the futures and then steer ourselves towards the future that looks most agreeable to us.
President—you make things happen that will hasten the future that you desire.
General Jones—yes sir . That’s it in a nut shell.
President – well what does our future look like then??
General Jones-- Well the unchipped humans will become a race of rulers of Genetically augmented super humans.
President—so the rulers then are genetically enhancing themselves over the generations ?
General Jones. Yes sir. Be it generals, Political class. Overseers or what ever you may call them, genetic enhancement is reserved for the ruling classes
President—I see – go on.
General Jones—the under classes. The workers become a very small group – chipped and controlled to become biological slaves.
These will be used for specific tasks. Perhaps space traders that we program so they will not use the ships to escape but continue a trading task for us.
Robotics of various kinds will become the norm. All controlled by our AI system..
The others perhaps may be used sexually as comfort units for the upper classes . Controlled of course to be good at those tasks and to even enjoy their work.
President—I see
General Jones—we essentially become the Overlords to the planet as were King Tut or the Roman rulers of their day.
President. So we then are under ultimate control of who then ??
General Jones—well we don’t like to think of it as under anyone’s control really
President—What do you like to call it then ?
General Jones--- Well we like to call it allies of the Galactic federation.
It is a very large consortium of planets into the hundreds of thousands of planets. We will form and are forming a trading relationship with them now.
And the human population will not be part of it except to service our associations and groups who will control everything again just as they were controlled in Roman times and on into the present age.
I believe one of the researchers—Richard Dolan actually said it best – we are going to be the breakaway civilization from humanity.
We are destined to rule over the population and move onto become our own augmented and superior race of humanoids.
President – well gentlemen you have given me a lot to think about . Our time unfortunately is up.
