What is ce-5?

– or “Close Encounters of the 5th Kind” — is broadly defined as human initiated extraterrestrial contact.

The term was defined by Dr. Steven Greer and relates to categories of close encounters as defined by the US military.

The ce5 contact protocols merge science and a spirituality that is centered in the serene peace, the stillness and oneness of universal consciousness. The process may include any of the following:

Coherent thought sequencing
Remote viewing
Advanced meditation techniques
Photography and night vision scopes
Broadcasting of specific tones and frequencies
Electromagnetic meters and radar detectors
Ancient ceremonies

Dr. Stephen Greer has just released an urgent breaking news video on YouTube. He has inside info on plans to stage a false flag alien attack on earth in the near future.

This is very interesting - I am transcribing it now - but as I see things evolve - the threads are now starting to tangle up.

People such as John Greenwald Jnr (Black Vault) have said that the upcoming UFO report will be delayed - and Dr Greer seems to confirm this.

I have commented also that whatever the report gives to the public - the end goal will be money for funding - and that we may not get disclosure as such, but the money will be given to the Military and those with aligned and agendas - because nothing says Safety and Security like giving the Military complex more money to 'save us all'. I hope my sarcasm is pasted all over that last comment.

I too believe this would be a great target to RV... Extremely important to know what is planned, when they will do it and what is the Military Industrial Complex desired outcome.

Greer's webinar costs $75 person. In-person participation in the event is $5000 "minimum contribution" per person. For $10,000 or more per person, you get to also have dinner with Greer and his guests. His events always cost big bucks. His CE-5 multi-day retreats, which he hosts 3-4 times a year, costs thousands of dollars per person, too. I appreciate the work Greer has done toward disclosure and I suppose this is his main source of income since he left his career as an emergency room trauma doctor, but his frequent appeals for money to help fund his projects feel a little paltering.
