I think I prefer Courtney's style of presentation over Aziz's on these intelligence briefings.

So to escape the prison we must learn remote viewing, meditation, lucid dreaming, projecting our consciousness into strangers (how is that done?), or some other similar metaphysical technique.

To clarify further: The prison is a prison of the mind. Your linear thinking is the prison.
