From what I understand time travel already exists, and who knows but I suppose there are 'rules' and it may simply be something that people would do for fun, but I'd change some things, and I'd end up on another timeline. To me that is scarey, what if that is a deadend timeline, as there have been timeline wars, and are parallel universes. A few went thru time travel in the Montauk projects. One man said he was to kill Jesus when he went back but he said he couldn't do it because he looked into his eyes and it overwhelmed him, the second time he said he was to get his DNA. There's been many who claimed they time traveled as a child since that is who the used to experiment with, children.
In my understanding about time is that it's a spiral, not linear, like we perceive time as. So picture a spring or coil, the top if the future, the bottom is the past, the middle the present....that's how it all is going on at the same time....the only real thing is the now, the moment, the present. That is the only time we can create, if we focus on the moment and vision all we want to see in the moment, not as the future, but as in that moment already there. It's very hard to do, to focus on the moment and open your eyes to see reality...creating or manifesting is hard but if you start out small and see how long it takes to show up in your reality....since there's still a gap between cause and effect. It's like psyonics, have you looked into it, radionics, and how it sends out the frequency of your desire, or cures disease with frequency. It's like scalar waves.

Actually the reptilians are suppose to be from another universe or another kind of timeline. So ya I think one needs a lot of training in exploring these other places. Like learning to drive a car. Have to have lessons and probably a licences driver sitting beside you as you try to drive.

Yes, as I understand it, the frequency fence is not visible to the naked eye, and it also forms matrices like triads between different planets like saturn earth mars, etc.
There are tons of books on how these frequencies work, and how you can make your own psionics like 'wish machine', and I've looked into them and understand how they work to amplify the 'thought frequencies' that you send out, so you know everything you think, said or do is recorded, so thoughts are'things' Everything has a frequency, and resonance.
This is why they are sending out frequencies that they've made while torturing someone or especially children and they record those frequencies of trauma and horror, then send them out to everyone, I hear them all the time, it's like three tones that form a triangle in my head. I have learned to counter them but they still sending them out 24/7. Especially when they are leading up to some false flag event. It's our 'inner tech' and we have those abilities they wish to keep us from using.
Do you hear them? It's a high pitched tone, but three of them, three tones that when I locate them, they forma a triangle. So they are constantly manipulating humanity and still they try to tell us we have free will? It's a joke. We don't have free will....if only they'd stop with the frequencies, and take down the veil of forgetfulness then ask humanity...how do you feel about this place, would you like to leave? I bet more than not, people would want to leave and not go back to the invisible prison bars that we have here. If you want to find some books on it and even build your own psionics machine, look it up under radionics or wish machine or black box, and there are tons of books on this topic. You can actually change your atmosphere, around you but you also have to us the energy of the planets and so on, it's much like 'magic' ceremonies where they do things on a full moon which is magnetic energy, and the sun is electric, so there's 'alignments' and so on, but for the most part that only pertains to big things like that instead of personal goals so learning to use those abilities is hard at first but you have to practice, you could do all sorts of things with the mind, like telepathy, and telekinesis. These are the classes they should be teaching in schools but they dumb us down and indoctrinate us in schools so we become good workers. If you look at psionics, you'll get a lot of dungeon and dragons manuals. My ex husband use to play that game...I never understood the attraction to it, but it's like magic and or skyrim without a computer.
I was building what was called the 'ark of the covenant' radionics device. There is a lot to it, and it takes time to make all the little things that go into it, plus the copper and tetrahedron you have to make. I found the link on some obscure forum in which they guy claimed it was a secret government project. From 1993 to 1996 I was involved in research at a Government facility on

circumstances and acclerating thought forms.
Research took place using lottery numbers. Simply put, the machine (which I'll
explain later) was activated to create the next days lottery numbers. The machine
worked on frequency, so a frequency was put up for a number of hours or days,
sometimes seconds and than the next day the lottery would be drawn and the
numbers would appear.
Now don't get greedy here, the lottery number system was used because it is
totally random and a great tester for tuning the machine and getting it to perform
as engineered.
Over time the results were up to %99 in materializing the lottery numbers for the
next day. Once that was achieved the machine was deemed operational and
lottery number research materialization was abandoned. Words cannot explain the
feeling when you materialize the numbers you set the frequency for. It is like

When you reach this level of technology you step into another world. A world

Now once you have that rate, subtract it from 10.
The rate you subtract from 10 is the frequency you will use to activate the
machine.
This works great for curing a cold or instant healing. It's amazing, it's like a miracle
