We need to take a deeper look at these Farsight ET News Forecasts because there's a plethora of hidden information in there. Even some of the comments by some people show what their intuition as well as personal knowledge has found. And it's helpful.
Looking at the Farsight ET News Forecast for October 2021:

At 45:05 where Kahmia Dunson starts; in it she talks about how some being is trying to warn her to "protect yourself" and "protect your selves" seeing what they know, have experienced and are now experiencing. She said that he told her that "they" want what WE HAVE. And we must protect ourselves from them.
As soon as that being passed away, that is when the negative alien entity turned to Kahmia, and made her to feel the 'eeby geebies.' Obviously, their intention is now directed at her. At us. They are as though phantom vampires with a voracious lust for life. And as we can see what is happening on our planet right now, yes, we need to protect ourselves!

What he says in here is that when he showed up to observe what those two negative alien species were doing, that it SWIPED at him and that resulted in him not being able to look any further.
The thing swiped at his personal Essence. Which led me to think that we, as a species, are left wide open to any intruder alien, if we are not in awareness of our capabilities, if we lack that knowledge of our own abilities and capabilities. We haven't been taught anything of worth here because they have been ruling over us, they are who manipulated our DNA template so as to be able to control us. But we have abilities in us, that when we look for them, when we take the time to analyze a situation, we will be able to find an appropriate way to protect ourselves.
For example, maybe if Aziz tried this; when he comes out of his bodily awareness to go view something, before he goes out to view, he should first view his personal self, the core self, and see himself as a strong powerful being who has the ability to shield himself from anything, or any entity that tries to come near his personal SELFHOOD. So he can take an instant to recognize himself, and that he is part of the Original Creator, as all of us are, and that he has every right to be the individual that he is, and to do what he needs to do, without the brash interference of the lesser kinds who have not the Original Creator Essence with them. So then he could go out from there. And would he be in a place where there are unknown, unfriendly entities, he can stand back from them in the sense of his personal Essence Being, to not interact with their phantom structure, so that they cannot swipe at him as they please, but so that he can gain the information and knowledge he's looking for, without their interference.
So, that is what I found out while watching these. I had just finished the November video and then went on to the October one, and when it got to Kahmia, it all just clicked.
And in the comments on the November ET News Forecast, I found Lawrence Cox's comments to be very informative...as well as others too.

Are they unaware our planet is being operated as a spiritual prison? Are they truly sympathetic to our goal of exposing this fact?"

"I know that this is the accepted story. But for instance: A man got sideswiped by a car outside my building one recent evening, and he was lying in the middle of the intersection shaking. The people who helped him didn't wait for him to ask for help! He obviously needed help. They didn't know who he was, but they stayed with him until the medics arrived.
So that's why I don't understand this "galactic policy" and wonder if it is just a smokescreen these beings hide behind to mask their true activities and intentions. We know this is true of the "bad guys." But how good, really, are the "good guys" if they refuse to help us more openly when we obviously need help, even though we are not directly asking for it? How are we supposed to ask for help if we don't even know the ETs are there?
And why don't those ET groups mention the spiritual prison that exists here? It is possible that their societies, too, have sent beings here to be "dead forever?"

So yea people, what do you think? Sounds like we need to take care of OUR OWN selves! Because those creatures are really cunning. Even someone mentioned, intelligently enough, that the reptiloid beings and all their variations, most likely have been stealing the fine work of scientists throughout all ages, and claiming them as their own, while keeping everyone in the dark about where that technology really comes from. You can image the type of torture and mind control they use on those beings who have what they want, and they'll take without a conscience or thought for anyone.
