This prayer is a simple variant inspired by Whitley Strieber. The original prayer is "Whoever can help me the most, come to me now.":
Whoever can help the people of Ukraine the most, go to them now.

It is simple and to the point.
Thank you.
Yes, very cleaver isn't it advocating and promoting praying?
I mean, so a state of doing nothing, but instead of hope and helplessness and inaction, waiting and praying for someone or something else to act instead of yourself.
Just what the aliens who channeled our religions wanted to keep us down and sabattaged and women voiceless.
Isn't it fitting that the word pray is almost the same as prey, as in preying on another?
Why don't you actually/really/real-ity do something to help the Ukraines like write your elected officials and/or send money for aid etc?
James, don't be so native.
Praying connects our hearts to God and strengthens us with LOVE. Praying is a form of communication.
GOD is LOVE and LOVE is the greatest power in the universe.
LOVE gives us great STRENGTH. It gives us the strength to fight, to persevere, to survive, to overcome.
Just because a person prays, doesn't mean it excludes them from acting in more practical ways. LOVE motivates people to act because LOVE PROTECTS.
Point well taken James! In a way, you are right to be offended that we are “advocating and promoting praying”. After all, Edwin describes the following REQUEST as a variant of a simple PRAYER written by Whitley Strieber:
“Whoever can help the people of Ukraine the most, go to them now.”
But we are not advocating and promoting prayers to an outside god as it is done in religions on Earth. The problem here has to do with semantics. Edwin used the word “prayer”. He probably should have used either one of the following words: request, wish, hope, desire…. etc.
Edwin should have used one of those words because Whitley Strieber is extremely aware, and he does not believe nor does he write prayers to an outside god. He believes and writes prayers to the God Within or to All-That-Is.
Whitley Strieber knows that a person who prays or worships an outside god abdicates and surrenders his Sovereignty, Divinity, and Free Will to the object of his prayer and worship.
And as you know, this person becomes a slave to the outside god that he worships and that’s why the ETs have introduced and are supporting religions on earth.
ADDENDUM:
By submitting Edwin’s request to the Universe, we are acting on behalf of the people of Ukraine who are too traumatized to ask for help.
Therefore, this request allows entities of goodwill from nature, earth, and outside earth to intervene and help the people of Ukraine without violating the Prime Directive.
Without a direct or indirect request from the people of Ukraine, an intervention to help them fight the invaders of Ukraine who are in violation of the Prime Directive, would not be possible.
I believe this prayer is another tool. A tool that can be used in a moment of desperation. At a time when there may be a major Russian onslaught coming against the people of Ukraine at any moment, this prayer may travel faster than the speed of light.
Additionally, there are many other approaches to helping the people of Ukraine:
As mentioned, we can identify and petition our government officials to provide military and humanitarian assistance.
We could have Europe develop a plan to minimize its dependence on Russian energy.
We should begin drafting a framework for war reparations similar to the treaty of Versailles. But this would be an improved version where Russia would pay a reasonable percentage of their energy revenues to rebuild the cities of Ukraine.
And there are many other tools we can conceive of to help the people of Ukraine.
Thank you Edwin. Its apparent that your hearts in the right place.
