Methods and learning (Farily new to RV)

Hi, I've been interested in the paranormal for a long time and now that i finally have some unschedule time on my hands Im really looking into developing RV. I've read quite much on the subject and been in contact with some people.

What is you best tips to get started with RV? I have a couple of suggestions of how Im thinking about it.

I want to take a course but from who?
I also have seen in forums on reddit that farsight has their own step by step on youtube but it doesnt seem to be existing anymore? https://farsight.org/SRV/SRVaudioindex.html

Any tips and Ideas would be much appriciated.

Maybe that would be a good place to start.
I think PrinCess offers group or individual tuition - and will be starting lessons on telepathy shortly.
Im not sure of the type of course Intysam offers, but you can make enquiries and see if that suits you.

Alternatively, if you want to practice some targets - there are a few threads posted on the forum presently that you can do. This one is accepting submissions - just put down that you are doing the Target and Tazz will instruct you where to send your data.

Ok, thanks for sharing the information with me. I'll look into contacting them and seeing whats up.

Do you have any formal och informal training in RV (with a teacher or on your own). Which teacher do you think is the best. From what you've personally experienced or heard from people you know.

Biggest take away here is learning how to meditate (properly). Calming your mind is harder than you think.

Although the material is free there are some things that a video cannot teach you and this is where you need someone to guide you through it. If you are serious about this than I suggest you find an Instructor that you vibe with and pay for their time. It is the only way to excel.

Trudy was my instructor so I have a bias opinion towards her but you cannot go wrong with any of the Farsight members.

Hi, Yes I've read that meditation is key to a lot of things aswell. Ive been meditating for about six months almost 20 minutes two times a day consistantly. I just still still trying to focus on my breathing and let thoughts come and go I dont know what more to do than maybe to practice?

Ok, do you have any instructor in mind. Because a lot of trainers have recorder material and aren't, of what I have understood, involved themselves?

Does Trudy still teach?

Trudy is fantastic and I couldn't have ask for a better teacher. My training with her was all 1-on-1 and over Zoom. Before going with her I did a lot of the self-taught material and always wondered if I was doing it correctly and it was always a mystery. A lot of nuances and subtleties that can't be explained or corrected over a pre-recorded video. Also, a lot of self doubt because there's no one to guide you.

My only regret was not being able to continue my training with her. I had just barely scratch the surface and got a taste of this incredible artform. RV is very much real and any skepticism I had disappeared.

I can't speak for the other Instructors as to their methods and style of teaching but it never hurts to ask.

Ok thanks, so you would recommed starting with a teacher instead of going on your own?
How do you keep your training going without a teacher, just curious :)

That decision is entirely up to you and whatever you're comfortable with but a student-teacher/mentor dynamic will always be better then going solo.

Once you learn the basics all you need is someone to task you a target and I think this forum is the best place to start. Don't try to take targets from the many FB groups as most of them are CRV practitioners and their methodology and protocol will confuse you........at least for me. Nothing wrong with CRV but just stick to one method until you are sufficiently good enough then maybe.........dabble in the other arts.
