Watching the two sessions on both, there are uncanny indications for it. HAARP blasting high-powered EM radiation into the upper atmosphere, where the RV sessions in "The escape" would seem to indicate the death traps are located. The main facility building destroyed immediately upon activating the antennae array by something falling from the sky...

Surely, by then, the US government was already aware of what's going on from all the Stargate and 8200 project intel.
