What about a couple of digital files. We start with a digital campaign with lots of imagery, especially things that can be reprinted on shirts, banners, etc. During the digital campaign, we suggest a few specific dates for open rallies. With that kind of strategy we don't need a lot of people to start. Maybe 5 or so that would be happy to do some digital campaigning.
