According to Lacerta her people are from inner earth and descended from the dinosaurs. She claims her people are the original inhabitants of this world and were here long before humans. She claims to know all about human history and says humans were genetically engineered by the Elohim sky aliens who are called the Annunaki in modern times. She also says that she expects a human alien war soon and that there is a reptilian species that came from another universe into this one! That alone proves she is legit since reptilians are proven real.
My theory is that the Annunaki are behind everything in the world and they are the "old empire force". The lacerta files goes into detail and explains the Elohim came from the star Aldeberaan and that there species were at war against the elohim. I have heard this interview and reguard it as factual. Earth was solely inhabited by creatures before the Human genome arrived, planned by the Prime Creator of all. Earth was to serve as a final planet to re-incarnate through before the day of self-judgement for Only the Male and not the accompanying seven fee-Males. If found worthy then all eight receive Eternal life and a planet to begin to raise-up their own baby spirits through the Re-incarnation process until they reach their day of judgement upon which the same happens. In this way the Prime Creator is "replicating" itself in time. Peace and power to You my brother.
