The Unacknowledged Special Access Programs USAPs (aka secret govt) has been withholding evidence from the Real Govt on UAP UFO subject matter for eight decades. The UAPs are in extremely high numbers in Washington DC FRZ airspace above your head as you read this... Military Intelligence knows this. Proof is much easier than you think; anyone can quickly prove this to themselves without assistance. Of course, UAPs show up on advanced military grade radar even at speeds of 20,000+ mph, however, if you don't have or trust your access for any reason, no problem, UAPs also show up on cameras now as of 2022 by using a: Digital capture camera Panasonic Lumix GH6, Full-Spectrum converted, Super Color (590 nm) and Deep BW (830 nm) Infra-Red (IR) filter, with Panasonic Leica DG Vario-Elmarit 12-35mm f/2.8 ASPH, POWER O.I.S. (Micro Four Thirds) Lens. Record quality: 420/10bit/LongGOP, LPCM, 300 Mbps, 119.88 fps, 4096x2160 or 3840x2160.

Please understand that the UAPs are INVISIBLE in the visible-light spectrum but NOT on IR. Prove this to yourself by recording visible-light film alongside two IR camera setups with a 40 foot distance between cameras to rule out anomalies.

It is NOT a coincidence that the public gained access to these cameras in 2022, and at the same time, the purposeful and illogical seeding of the word 'threat' coincides with the recent UAP revelations (2017 Pentagon released UAP Video & David Charles Grusch Public Testimony).

GAME THEORETICAL MODEL:
If all ETs were a threat to humans, they would have turned us into a pink mist eight decades ago. Let's think about the "Prisoner's Dilemma", a well-known model in game theory. In a standard prisoner's dilemma, two parties each have the option to cooperate or defect. Both would be better off if both cooperate, but each has an incentive to defect, leading to a worse outcome for both. In a three-party version of the prisoner's dilemma, one could imagine a scenario where two parties are in conflict (akin to both choosing to defect in a prisoner's dilemma), which might open up opportunities for the both of the first two parties to mislead the less-qualified third party (humans). We humans are in a three-party prisoner's dilemma: Party 1 (ETs aligned with humans) and Party 2 (ETs misaligned with humans) are defecting, creating a prisoners dilemma. Party 3 (humans) is being misled (aka lack of full disclosure). Party 1's full disclosure is being hindered, and thusly complete alignment is thwarted with humans due to the defection with party 2, and Party 2 is misaligned with humans and therefore will NOT disclose anything substantive to party 3 (humans). Party 3 is left to gain information on its own. This is also easily possible if we understood the simple truth that humans can engage in CE-5, aka telepathy (Source: Dr. Steven Greer). This can be proven quickly by any human, due to the nature of consciousness, just try it. You have a quantum sensor in your head. Govt Officials with oversight and the support of We The People in an open forum should perform CE-5 with party 1 human-aligned ETs. If done correctly, this would end the unwanted secrecy between all parties involved. This is a low risk solution and may have the potential for outsized rewards. Note: Time being a factor... Party 2's optimal strategy would be to hyper-defect just before that event. Cue the Meme of Hoax Alien Invasion.

CONCLUSION:
The Unacknowledged Secret Govt made deals with the misaligned ETs. So we now need to perform data collection for determining which ETs are aligned with human interests and which are not, by performing CE-5. Understand that there may be more than 3 parties. Encouraging Decentralization of CE-5 would lower the risk of inevitable Party 2 hyper-defection. Monitoring the populous should be relatively easy with access to NSA assets (public information from Edward Snowden). Also, there is technology that assists humans in telepathic communication. PS:
Agreements, as evidenced by the testimony of Dr. Courtney Brown & Dr. Steven Greer, are underway by these Unacknowledged Govt Officials to make deals with the misaligned-ETs for probably relatively low-level alien technology (A Hail Mary Pass for Party 2), and further evidenced by the mass cloaking of UAPs in DC FRZ airspace and globally, and extreme lack of any disclosure for eight decades. The aligned ETs would not want to stay in defect unless we were going to apply the low-risk solution ASAP. The wife can only take the beatings for so long before she is going to have to pack up her shit and LEAVE. The misaligned human defectors cannot apply the low-risk solution either, it is up to We The People + Official Govt.

PS, I was thinking if someone us caught stickering things about how to film UAP, and were charged with graffiti, one could dispute that charge on the grounds that it's to prevent and end conspiracy for crimes against humanity. Sure a first few disputes might not win but what could they do in an avalanche of such disputes
