Howdie Mickoski wrote a book called, Exit the Cave: Ending the Reincarnation Trap. I first heard about it on the JeffMara Podcast on YouTube. This is one of Mara's best!
I think another thing besides life capitulation is to figure out what the theme was. All life contracts have a theme, and also a secondary theme. We know it's all scripted, and we are given a choice to react or respond...practicing to responding instead of reacting, and to rewrite those experiences if you reacted in anger or frustration. It is my goal to skip the life review and the after life trap, it's not valuable to me in that it's all a lie, it's a role they contracted with you to do and not do. From birth to death of this incarnation has been mapped out and so I don't care to have the past life review, and important you do go over it all while you're alive, to recapitulate, and rewrite, and transmute, then the rest isn't necessary, because I believe this whole construct is ending and we will be leaving, and certainly don't want to remain and go thru life aware of what you say and do. To know yourself, and loving yourself, you never feel alone again, you don't care what people think about you, you become more authentic and not putting out a fake face, you become to the point you can't do a 9 to 5 job, or go to the party....or be the party. They have us create thru fear instead of joy and loving each other.
Prayer is casting spells when you are asking for something...yes, pray to yourself, and as if it is already there, thanking yourself for creating it, and we should have schools that teach us about manifesting. Not churches that have you giving away your power away to some entity.
