I would like to know if Farsight, perhaps Yeme in particular, could confirm if this is an accurate description of Yeme's interaction with one of the ETs.

Yeme spoke to an ET (or somewhat forced it out of his mind) from the opposition. Perhaps more like a resistant ally. Whatever the case, this ET described a plan which basically is the implantation of a permanent apathetic nature within an individual. Not only apathetic, but making the individual's state contagious. It's no longer that they will be blind to the reality, nor that they will even be in denial, but moreso that they don't care. I have heard things of this nature many times. "I believe you. I think there are aliens, etc etc. I just don't care" - was an example of these point blank apathetic statements.

This would indeed be an ideal endgame when you want slaves that are somewhat loyal (mostly by fear) but that you can trust will have full awareness of the mission situation and parameters, and they don't have to be kept in the dark. In fact, unless you planned to keep a population in a very complicated maze of truths and lies, this would be the only way really to do it.

And then there's the nature of consent. In thinking more about what Farsight describes as "consent" from the federation - I think back to some time I had as a cashier, and the term we would use for Point of Sale. The idea of Point Of Sale, is that you can pretty much base your legal suppositions from that time and place, and you don't really have to investigate too deeply beyond that instance. If someone dishonestly tries to steal, they don't really consider it stealing until the person runs it past the point of sale. If someone is shortchanged, they really have to notice it from the point of sale. Even the description on the package of a product should describe what the product is for, or what it guarantees, and the point of sale is just reassuring that they're paying for what the package claims the product to do. If people coerce and cajole you on the sales floor, no one really bothers their legal tactics. They'll promise you all kinds of things. But there isn't much excuse because the point of sale offers the opportunity to research the product or change your mind before you purchase.

Now days retail shops know that most customers are not interested unless they can return items to a reasonable degree. But it's not really illegal to follow a strict no refunds model. This goes back to this idea of consent. It's perhaps not 100% fair consent, but it's really the only true feasible consent. If you think of a civilization, even one capable of looking directly at the past and inner thoughts, and so on; it would still be ridiculously elaborate and not really feasible to base everything about consent from debates going back to every inkling of one's entire life or the world whose events unfolded toward that point of sale. In the end, the law seems best to decree based on that single place and moment. This is why they care so much (both sides) about free will contracts. One in which the signing parties are free of mental manipulation (during that time) and with carefully worded clauses. Everything outside of that, even horrendous circumstances and bizarre lies, is just a quagmire to enforce. So it really is about the contracts.

Anyways I digress. What they want is this sort of mass apathy contagion. Like an addiction. Even someone, infected for long enough, will probably be so accustom to it that once they're aware of what they're infected with they will not want to go back to the lack of peace that it brings them. This infection sounds neurochemical, not just psychic. I wonder if there is a way to discover what the chemistry is. If people are aware of the chemistry behind this, it would be that much easier to identify whom is infected, and even consider changing our views and/or cleansing ourselves if we were to discover ourselves infected. Could this be done?

There’s something flowy I’m sensing - I’m deducting water just because I don’t know what that is.
But there is a flowing element to this happening -

I’ve got structures.
I see what I believe to be a peaked structure and its gated – gated and then there’s the land here with foliage about.
There’s movement – some form of energetics.
There’s sounds or noises – large noises over the open land.
There’s something happening above the base surface.
It’s a little hard to pick up on at this moment.
I see a non-surface structure – I do believe it is more than one.

I’ve got surface structures.
A cloud dynamic situation that at first made me think of foliage just because of the... I don’t know, the natural myth of it.
But I also smell smoke – it has a scent to it – I can’t say that its smoke, but it does have a scent to it.

Inside the cloud dynamics there’s a hardness within the cloud
There seems to be a non-surface structure inside.
The cloud has a very unique smell to it.

There are multiple non-surface structures within this cloud.
So, I’m zoning in on this main structure that has a trapezoidal figure to it.
Dome like or curved-like top
And the back, it got this like winged situation – very cool looking actually.
Its emitting energetics and it’s creating this cloud situation around it.
I don’t know if this is on purpose because usually super high-tech situations like this wont so that on accident unless there’s something wrong.
So, I feel like it is creating this emitting this much for a reason – there’s something going down.

Within this I also see a cylindrical non-surface structure – a boomerang looking non surface structure – and then a sphere. And the sphere spins and twists in a really unique and cool way –
And it’s got these ridges on it and lines – and open band around it – that appears to be like visual – like you can use it for vision.
Zoning in on this cylindrical structure it seems very missile like – deduction for missile – because I do not fully know but it does have this missile like energy to it –
It doesn’t seem to have an inside like a structure.
Very fast kinetic – there a lot of gizmos and gadgets
Saying this is a nonsurface object instead of non-surface structure.

Inside the sphere it’s pretty large however it seems to shift inside
It has a simplistic inside – like may be control panel – a space for a subject – open white in colour.
I do see like a subject at a control panel.
I have a deduction of like a drone.

The subject I have here I’m going to call subject N.
This being is of male appearance – tall – looks Pleiadean – I’m deducting Pleiadean -
Very smooth head – has some hair – pale skin –
I’ve got the deduction of cone head – and like a mini-me type of situation – but not small, like if Mini-Me was big but the way his demeanour – his face and head look – like from Austin Powers if you don’t know.

So, they seem to want to be seen by subjects or like on the base surface.
There’s some type of secret disclosure situation that I feel that’s happening in this being’s mind.
Yeme: so, what is your main interest with the subjects on the base surface?

This is a bit jumbled up because what he is saying and what he is thinking don’t match up –
Both of them, they seem to be truths, but different parts of 2 truths – let me unjumble this…

I will say this – there are extraterrestrials that are here moving in spaces that do not moralistically fit their value. There are plenty of them out there. Some of these extra were captured eons ago. A lot of the extraterrestrials that I come in contact with trust me with their information. Its very difficult to find the line of delivering of this information when these beings are trusting me to hold their secrets.

So, I may, during this time, protect this individual but speak as freely as I can giving all the information that I can possibly do.

They will eventually replace a good portion of the population.

They enjoy watching the ones that are not controlled move in fear –
It’s like a predator to a prey – playing with its food before it eats –
Like I don’t know if you remember how Scar from the Lion King played with the mouse – dangled it and then just chomped down on it – chased it around – that’s kind of what theyre doing.

They want to have these soldiers – robots – but yet so human like.
I can’t tell if they will replace the whole population – but they don’t lie me finding out about this.

The implants are biologically human.

I'm following closely. In particular I'm keeping close the term caveat emptor. I'd like to know if that's a legal principal shared throughout the galaxy.

just saw this mystery project now, specially Yemmé session. This is wild. Yemme when talking about "Memories of conversations so that it seems real...", this is something that reminds me of the work we do in shamanic therapies, so to speak, when dealing with fear based belief systems and fear based memories events, it's also the notion that Dr. Joe Dispenza talks about in regards in therapy with clients, the mind recreates in the present moment, in the present reality, events of the pass that are, by norm, more than 50% not what really happened specially fear based events. So the person goes on in life thinking about those things that occurred in a certain way based on their emotions at that time and also the emotions that are feeling today. So with this the process goes has when remembering something, the question is " does this really happened this way, or is it me that is perceiving through what im feeling now?, or, does this really happened or im inventing this memory?", of course there is much to this process.

And just for the sharing with "the right audience" talking about disclosure had this week another wow event, again, with ufo's.
It started with what i thought to be a meteor falling from the ski, except this one was traveling on a horizontal line almost 150 meters or so (of course just to give the perspective) from my house, had a tail of green and yellow light.
I was trying to ignore it but got this feeling that i should go check it out.

Grab my car and drive what appear to be the location although didn't see nothing, until the last moment after driving on circles in that area i had a feeling to go to a little farm land close to my home with no lights in that place.
Stopped the car and look to the sky, there was huge amount of blinking lights all over the place dispersed from one another moving in the same direction. Very easy to see since the sky was clear there were no clouds and little amount of lights pollution. some of them fly really fast, others flashes lights and disappear, others travel real slowly.
It was, has always, an amazing scene, but this time i had a UFO above my location the all time, stationed in the air and spinning, i could see the lights blinking like traffic lights, it stay there the whole time.
Moments later i was witnessing something that I've never seen before in my life, a huge and enormous cylindrical object, just like a train in the sky passing by real slowly, i couldn't see the structure the only thing that i saw was a blue light in the front and in the back and in the middle was windows that reflected that blue light. In the overhaul that blue light was creating the look like structure of the object. While passing by it started to disappear slowly, it reminded me so much Yemmé human news session where she saw a spaceship in a traffic highway in the skies. The other UFOs continue to fly by that sky except for the spinning one it stay there until later disappear also, after that type of "train" passed.

Was amazing to see all of this, i tried to recorded but for whatever reason it didn't (i also had issues on my phone due to low space memory but still had hundreds of mb of space). One thing i point out talking about this event, i was amazed to see all of this but i kept thinking about it, why wasn't i complete enthusiastic of what i was experiencing? like an event like that could really and potentially give you a lot of fear or can give you a lot of excitement. It's like being desensitized, like our emotions are completely being hijacked every time.

Now with this Yemmé session is becoming clear the need to all of us develop our telepathic capabilities. There is a rise of reports of people nowadays that are having mental breakdowns, suicidal thoughts, some people also describing that are having certain types of thoughts that they know has nothing to do with them. Some describes as the Earth is shifting it's magnetic poles due to a solar cycle event and with this comes also a huge amount of mental disruption or it can be something enlightened, but at the same time there is this yemmé session. Just wild.

I wonder what Harvey says about this!!

This isn't the first time people have noted Reptilians/Reptilian backed groups spraying chemicals to alter people's minds/energy system, John Vivanco produced this with his group quite awhile back:

Also as a side note, it's incredibly hard to find things like this just by searching for it on youtube. At this point you basically have to already know what channel has the video and search that way.

This whole thing begs the question: is EVERYONE affectable by this manipulation (becoming implanted as a "crash dummy")? And would you even KNOW if you were affected?

This to me reads like this: the ETs let themselves be seen, in order to gather information on how the humans react. Then they emit something as a cloud from the missile, which alters the memories of the humans, so that they forget.
