Is remote viewing a skill the soul can do without the body? Meaning the ISBE would be able to do remote viewing alone or the body have embedded that capacity? I wonder your thoughts about this possible crossing over. I guess you already had this kind of conversation. Is there some evidence that might reveal anything bout this?
