Eric, I can imagine there is a bun fight going on over claims between China and India.
India has some incredible innovation to advancing their space technology - a real passion for getting there.
I wasn't able to read the article (sign-up) but Space Wars is truly in motion.
Its interesting that China makes the claim though - they really have eyes on the Moon - they all do.

Chinese professors have claimed that the Greek and Roman empires were all made up to make Europeans sound superior over the rest of the world.

They've also claimed that humans evolved out of China first, and not Africa.

Yeah all of the scientists make stuff up all the time. My area of concern there is who's allowed to land things on the moon and for how long. I'm not convinced the Chinese landers were allowed on there.
