I have been following this rabbit hole of how people (at least in United States of America) are able to stop paying taxes. Not only that, but exit the whole legalese system in general. A lot of people are refining this process and I hope to get my own sort of refinement together. I find this highly relevant to what Courtney Brown talks about in terms of free will choice, because if you don't submit your free will choice to get out of this prison system, then it's hard to define what you've aligned with.
The following document is a template for what you call the revocation of election. There's a lot more I can say about this, but this is the core piece of technology for one who wants to file their way out of the system. Basically you read it until you understand it, you change parts that say "your name" and put in your full name (not capitalized), put in your mailing address, and be sure to change the emboldened pronouns if needed.
When you send it in, go to the USPO, get a post office box, send it using a 3811 form, attach the registered mail sticker, and on item 3 of the form you tick the boxes: adult signature, registered mail(tm), signature confirmation(tm) - this is to make sure you get proof they received it.

So, I'[m reading through this document, and I've found the first error, which will get you in hot water, because it doesn't appear to be true! (There's a - very small - chance it's because of the different sties one can check for the various laws, but I doubt it).
At the top of page 2, it says, "What is immediately noticeable is that the definition [26 USC §7701 (b)(1)(B)] only tells the reader what a Nonresident Alien Individual is not rather than what it is."
However, this is not true, because https://codes.findlaw.com/us/title-26-internal-revenue-code/26-usc-sect-7701/ has quite clearly the article and clause stating (contrary to this document to purportedly get you out of paying US taxes) exactly what the definition of a Nonresident Alien Individual is.... because, it specifically addresses it - " (within the meaning of subparagraph (A))"

If you don't want to pay taxes to the IRS, I have a fool-proof way that's been used for decades! IN fact, most people have been using it, and there's not a damn thing the IRS or US government can do about it.
All it takes is 2 easy steps (Or less, for most people!)
1) Renounce your US Citizenship (obviously, this will mean living somewhere else and having citizenship in a different country, because you can't simply renounce it without having a passport - while you're in a different country that you entered on your US passport).
2) Don't live and work in the US.
This fool-proof method has been working for billions of people on the planet for years! E.g., I haven't paid a single cent to the US IRS.... ever!!!
A: The term «Sovereign Citizen» is an oxymoron in Legalese-Language; calling yourself a «citizen» essentially indicates that you're their slave; a «sovereign-citizen» is therefore like saying you are masterful at being a slave; navigating through Legalese REQUIRES that you have access to a Legal-Dictionary, particularly the Black's Law version, edition 4 or earlier; if you compare the definitions of words from one version to another, you will find that a number of words have factually changed or have been removed altogether; without adhering to «Stare Decisis» in Legalese-Terms the «Legal-System» is in of itself a modern-day version of George Orwell's 1984. Regardless, you clearly have a good grasp of the true legalese at work.
I understand the skepticism, there are a lot of charlatans out there. And I know that a lot of perhaps well-meaning sovereigns (or whatever they like to call themselves depending on the individual) have been punished severely for their attempt really to just exercise their rights.
But I am no longer deeply skeptical. This stuff works but one does need to know it.
The only reason methods to gain one's freedom & sovereignty won't work for so many people is because dealing with the system is something of a psychological chess-game; learning the Legalese-lingo is merely the equivalent of learning how SOME of the pieces move on the board; you haven't even gotten into «openings» (Arraignment-Procedures) yet at that point so of course the inexperienced will end up jailed;

Let me summarize this to thinking in terms of 3 doors. Suppose the title for the grand hall leading up to these doors is appropriately titled "ok you are finally convinced you are a perpetual slave in the matrix, now what"

No, you can completely ignore what Aéius Cercle, and did NOT in ANY WAY WHATSOEVER have anything to do with my post or reasoning! So "Didn't I already clarify this for him ?" is not correct at all...
My reason for asserting the "moronic"-ness of the statement comes from the deliberate mis-quote of the relevant legal clause, by deliberately not including the very last part of that clause, quoted:

That very last bit "(within the meaning of subparagraph (A))" specifically addresses the meanings of the relevant terms - and so for the document you linked to cut that out is a deliberate attempt to confuse the issue. They take a fully explained definition - ignore it, and then try to make a case for a different interpretation of it. Meaning - no, ""The true meaning of the statutory term Nonresident Alien Individual is none other than American Nationals who were born or naturalized in one of the 50 states of the Union [the Constitutional Republic" is completely wrong in law!
One other thing I've seen the SC movement try to do is appeal to laws that have been removed - usually years ago (if not centuries) ago. It's amusing when I hear Americans say things like "You can't change the Constitution... completely being ignorant (wilfully so) of what the various Amendments to that constitution actually are! (even more hilarious when said people are screaming about rights that have been granted *because of* changes to it!)
Just on the idea of SC and what they think they have rights to... I recall seeing one video when an SC tried to say he didn't need a driver's license because of some apparent 'right to travel'. Ok, you have a right to go from A to B without unnecessary hinderance by the state - however, that *clearly* doesn't mean you get to do so by whatever means you want (e.g., in a tank). Also hilarious was the claim that there was no law that said he needed to have a license (unfortunately, the officer stopping them didn't take the time to check... I found it in only a few seconds!)
The SC movement is basically a pile of people who don't want to kowtow to the state (Fair enough!) but pretend they know stuff about the law to bypass (break) the law.... which is a very bad idea when you actually know almost nothing about it. (especially when you argue against things that have legal force - such as repeals). The "I want to interpret the law this way, and I *expect and demand* that you all agree with me" is not a good idea... and I've seen a few videos of that going horribly wrong for them (e.g., psychiatric evaluations!)
TBH, the SC movement reminds me very much of the Flat Earth movement, where people who know very little about the thing they're talking about ignore the clearly established, and verifiable evidence, to adhere to a proposition which no-one else who knows much about the field will give even the slightest bit of credence to, because of the silliest, easily dismissed 'evidence' that doesn't even make sense when fully investigated.. Especially when the clear and verifiable evidence is ignored by such adherents in order to push their agenda.

And do you really know what constitutes a «crime» (a REAL one that involves causing harm/injury/suffering/damage to person/property or disturbing the peace of the land or interfering in the free-will of another) according to Universal-Law versus a «crime» that is ONLY deemed/defined as a so-called «crime» on the sole-basis that it's been «legislated» into being a «crime» (look up the term «ex post facto» for examples).
Note that what the «religious» books throughout history deemed as a «sin» is the EQUIVALENT to what the modern-day «bible» (books of legislation) deem as a «crime» (ITS equivalent of «sinning» or «offending» the «Word of God») against the State (against its Church often now called Government). @Everyone : I used to live my life in a manner of a homeless-orphan. I worked my ass off during blizzard-conditions. I had to start out life at that time from almost nothing where I was working my ass off to try to get myself «established» and not be stuck living in a car or end up out on the streets without a car. Various things happened, forcing me to work as hard as I could to attempt to get re-established to where I was before being betrayed in a financial-agreement, the return-time back to the state/country being one where I was forced to use a cheap car that had myriads of problems rather than having access to a reliable car where the only thing I had to upkeep was its regular automobile-maintenance.
I had NO other «means» for which to even GET to «work» which wouldn't have put me out on the streets & possibly resulting in me FREEZING to DEATH given that this was also during BLIZZARD conditions. I did not even have the car for maybe a DAY or two, and, I was travelling to an Auto-Parts store in order to get my Tail-Light replaced since it was apparently burnt out, resulting in me getting STOPPED by a P.I.G. (Person In Government who Intends to Perjure his Oath of Office), and even TICKETED, despite my EXTREME & EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES.
That resulted in my first time dealing with the «court» system here; I continued to work my ass off & even spent my WHOLE DAMN ENTIRE PAY-CHEQUE JUST to obtain «Proof-of-Insurance» because I had ALWAYS lived & done EVERYTHING «legally» throughout my WHOLE ENTIRE life until which time I was FORCED into that «Homeless-Orphan During BLIZZARD-Conditions» situation where unlike the rest of you who continue to «believe in the legality of government» I did NOT have the «luxury» of «calling mommy & daddy» for $$$ to pay for letting me live some sort of hand-me-down-inheritance-life-style (nor ANY other «family or friends») and I even brought it to me during the «hearing» that day.
Mind you, the Public-PRETENDER who was assigned made absolutely ZERO EFFORT to provide ANY «Defense» what-so-ever, even though I provided him with MORE-THAN-ENOUGH information to where he could have EASILY gotten that «case» & its «charge» DISMISSED; oh, and if YOU think that what the «cops» are doing is in ANY way «legitimate» then I DARE you to go to Lynnwood, Washington & «drive around» for a while (shouldn't take you more than 2-3 days before you get pulled over for something stupid or ridiculous or assinine), and, witness the court-system for yourself, with your very own eyes, once you've been «ticketed» (and signed it) for SOMETHING. And, you'd better get to the court-house early, because, each and every single day, each and EVERY single one of their Court-Rooms are PACKED to the point where it ALWAYS starts out with something like 300+ people (or maybe it's 500+ by now) even though there is only seating capacity for maybe 150 or 200 people max.
Regardless, I had ZERO «Criminal-Record» at that time, I had a GREAT «Credit-Score» and ZERO «Blemishes» upon my «Driving Record» and coming back to the «transportation» issue...
① No, I could NOT «just take the bus» because my work-hours started BEFORE the buses EVEN STARTED RUNNING and my «shift» did NOT end until AFTER the busses STOPPED running
② No, I did NOT have the $$$ to take a damn Taxi; asking THIS of a freaking HOMELESS-ORPHAN!?

④ No, I am not going to «ask my parents for $$$», unlike the rest of you «spoiled Americans» who seem to think that $$$ grows on trees (well it sort of does) or that a college-degree makes $$$ infinite
⑤ BETWEEN the CHOICE of «buying State-MONOPOLY Vehicle-Insurance» (which by the way is in of itself ILLEGAL via their OWN Legislations) versus being able to ACTUALLY FEED myself & ACTUALLY HAVE ENOUGH $$$ to put «fuel/gas» into my car so that I could ACTUALLY GET to «work» to be ABLE to EARN the $$$ NEEDED for things like «Vehicle-Insurance» (which I did in fact spend my whole ENTIRE damn first pay-cheque for by the way) exactly WHAT decision did I have available in order to RESUME being able to live my life in a completely «legal» manner once again WITHOUT ending up out on the streets & «stranded» ? What would YOU do in this situation ? Anyway, I showed the «Proof-of-Insurance» papers, because I did my DAMNEDESS to «get back on my feet» (or even on my feet in the FIRST damn place), and, thanks or perhaps NO «thanks» to that lazy-ass Public-PRETENDER, the «judge» was all like : «Well, okay, instead of making you pay the full $700 fine, we'll just make you pay $350 instead» (Note : I did NOT have ANY «experience» with all this «Legalese» crap back then, and, I was FURIOUS). REALLY? In a freaking SANE «society» you would actually ENCOURAGE and try to SUPPORT the people who are WORKING the HARDEST & actually DOING something which ACTUALLY CONTRIBUTES to the ACTUAL «Economy» & BENEFIT to your Country/Society, helping them out being the most economically productive decision towards the wealth & prosperity of the populace, RATHER than FORCING them into being SUBJECTED to ON-GOING NEVER-ENDING CONTINUOUS EXTORTION that FORCES & PERPETUATES the «Homelessness» problem in these so-called «First-World» nations. If I can't even GET to work to be ABLE to «earn» ANY amount of more $$$ NOR «feed» myself as a result of «becoming Legal» (which I had been working my ASS OFF to achieve by the way) as a result of «buying State-MONOPOLY Vehicle-Insurance» then DO you think I am going to PAY for that Vehicle-Insurance? And if anybody is wondering, I most-certainly did NOT pay that fine, because it become OBVIOUS to me after THAT experience that «License-Renewals» are simply a PERPETUAL-TAX and therefore ENDLESS-EXTORTION (WHY the F**K would I «fund the wages» of the VERY people whom are the MOST-INVOLVED [and apparently also the most-ignorant] in the «funding» of the literal M.I.C. HUMAN-TRAFFICKING INDUSTRY!?).

And not to worry about my current situation in case anybody ended up being alarmed or something; I do currently manage to live a rather drama-free life & there have not been any major clashes/arguments between me & mother for at least the last 3-4 years unlike before where the «fighting» was almost a constant in any & all interactions (one of the major reasons why I cut off ALL communications & lived as an orphan back in the past in the first place) and we are able to get along & inter-act peacefully (I even often get invited & provided with rides for free food at various gatherings from her efforts now), this apparently after I did a «modern-day exorcism» after the last heated argument we ever had (that time around 3-4 years ago) then she seemed to become a completely different person over-night (and the Messiah himself was known to speak directly to spirits rather than directly to the mortal before his eyes which I was also doing during that process, but, via a more «telepathic» communication rather than voicing it out verbally).
ONCE you have «passed» a «Driving Test» then you HAVE «proven» that you CAN «travel safely» upon the roads and an «expiration» date does NOT make you «automatically incompetent» at it !
