1. How does someone like Dr Courtney Brown figure out if he is being manipulated by malevolent of benevolent forces?
2. Wouldn't it be possible for false and misleading information to be passed to him through telepathy?
3. Couldn't lies and false claims be both knowingly and unintentionally communicated via telepathy?

Q1 Is rather open ended and probably best answered "with great difficulty and without much certainty", while Q2, and Q3 both seem rather rhetorically obvious with affirmative answers.

Now suppose you are a military type of person embedded deep into a program that knows a lot of the details regarding a controlling malevolent force over Earth. Now you might have some compromised morals in the first instance to even have found yourself in the program, but people can change their attitudes over time... It seems reasonable there are some folks that would at least want to try and surreptitiously put together a resistance to that malevolent controlling entities?

The main thing that makes one prone to being manipulated by malevolent-forces is via one's negative-emotions (anger, jealousy, envy, greed, fear, etc.) and keeping one's emotions from spiralling out-of-control into deviousness is via maintaining good control over one's thoughts. People who who do Remote-Viewing necessarily probably also do a lot of Meditation & Meditation-Practice is a literal Mind-Practice (that and regulated breathing).

Episode 4 of “Conversations with Harvey” discusses neural engagement. ETs can slip thoughts into your mind and if you are not trained to spot it you’ll mistake it as your own. This is why all the tech we’re getting from ET deals doesn’t matter, because they can influence minds. If the goal of the known force, Harvey and Galactic Federation, is to malevolently manipulate, it seems what they are doing is twofold counterproductive. Even if they aren’t who they say they are, they support remote-viewing and full disclosure, both which gives humans a better grasp at truth and empowers us to exercise free will. Their support signals liberation not control.

Yes, much of Farsight’s data is not verifiable, but that doesn’t mean it can’t be helpful, especially if there's a chance we can verify down the road in government disclosure. Regardless of Farsight’s findings, if everyone began remote viewing for themselves, which is what Farsight is trying to do, we would quickly arrive to the truth of things through corroboration. At this point you would have to question remote-viewing itself which is really just a proven zombie-friendly way to use one’s intuition. The population would also experience a shift in consciousness as we become more connected to the unified conscious field which allows us to become less zombie and more superhuman. Less remote-viewing and more of simply knowing.

And regardless of our situation, we cannot verify much unless we have full disclosure. Dr. Stephen Greer’s work with The Disclosure Project provides significant evidence that a shadow government is running the world and they have UFO craft and weaponry. Top down solutions to the problem have not worked. The only other option is bottom up and everybody needs to get on board. What they must do instead is get the masses involved. Let’s get the information out and then go from there.
