I would like to introduce the new open-access, scientific journal "Limina" which will appear twice a year.
Founder & Editor-In-Chief is Dr. Michael Christian Cifone (City University of New York, Bronx)
and his associate editor is Dr. Michael Silberstein (Elizabethtown College)
The journal will publish different types of publications:
Research Articles, Essays, Analysis, Reviews and also under the category New Methodology.
The last category may be very interesting for Farsight:
"This category welcomes submissions that showcase innovative and cutting-edge approaches, techniques or frameworks that could contribute to the advancement of UAP studies. This article type provides a platform for researchers to present novel methodologies that can enhance research practices, improve data analysis, or contribute to theoretical developments."
So they are open for new approaches. The "Essays" category is also open for publications which give a broader view and for empirical data and has less strict rules.
I think RV of UAPs should also fit into their scope for example:
"Submissions exploring the historical and sociological background of UAP, or those examining the issue in light of the history of science, e.g., an examination of UAP in the context of the history of scientific anomalies and revolutions."
Among the peers are some famous names:
Michael Bohlander, Dr. Jur., Durham University, Gabriel G. De la Torre, Ph.D., University of Cadiz, Spain, Stephen C. Finley, Ph.D.,Louisiana State University, Steve Fuller, Ph.D., University of Warwick , Jacob Haqq-Misra, Ph.D., Blue Marble Space Institute of Science, Filipe Nascimento, Ph.D., University College, London, William M. Kallfelz, Ph.D., Mississippi State University, Hakan Kayal, Ph.D., Universität Würzburg, Paul Kingsbury, Ph.D., Simon Fraser University, Kevin H. Knuth, Ph.D., State University of New York, Albany, Jeffrey Kripal, Ph.D., Rice University, Mark Rodeghier, Ph.D., CUFOS, W. Mark Stuckey, Ph.D.,Elizabethtown College, Karl Svozil, Ph.D.,Institut für Theoretische Physik, Technische Universität Wien, Beatriz Villarroel, Ph.D., Nordic Institute for Physics, Alexander Wendt, Ph.D.,Ohio State University, Michael E. Zimmerman, Ph.D.,University of Colorado, Boulder (Emeritus)
Here is an excerpt from their mission statement:
" As the world is now beginning to acknowledge the reality of UAP, the study of UAP is entering a new phase, wherein more scientists, other academic researchers, and major academic institutions are engaged in a serious effort to describe, understand, and explain UAP. Just as with the Journal of Consciousness Studies in its inception in the 90s, before there was any agreement as to what a science of consciousness was and ought to be, Limina will be multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary, to include for example psychology and the social sciences, as well as the natural sciences and humanities."
