Reptilians amongst us possess advanced capabilities that include making humans see a disguise (see them as human) and other manipulation -- I wonder if there is some means, technology or otherwise, to disrupt this effect or interfere with it.

I imagine any major city will have these beings present. And then, I wonder what would happen if they realize we can see them. I imagine our black programs are able to detect them in public.

We need to understand how the brain works, especially the diencephalon, or interbrain, which is the part of the brain where the optic nerves connect. The interbrain seems to decide where certain information is going, and how it's compared to instinctive knowledge, which is translated through the DNA.

In the conversation with Dick Allgire, Courtney stated that the manipulation of genes can change the way of thinking. That's not the whole picture, as genetic manipulation tampers mainly with how you connect to your instincts. It's more a manipulation of emotions. For example, all mammalian species share an instinctive fear of reptilian predators, because reptiles hunted them. That fear is in your genes, so to speak. But it's not a thought, it's an instinct that is translated into emotions and thoughts in the different parts of the brain.

If you know how to feed images into the interbrain, all other brain parts can be deceived. But there's also a feedback system between the brain parts, which in case of humans is not functioning properly.

As nature tends to heal itself, that dysfunction of the human brain must be artificially reinforced regularly. The remote viewers should look into how that reinforcement is done.

It all goes back to RV. If you can't RV you're a sitting duck.

there's a reason why Courtney dedicates himself hours and hours or days into being in a higher vibration before conversations with Harvey for example... spiritual community calls this experience your multi dimensional self, meaning the self from a quantum perspective that operates in a much higher frequency or in this case in a parallel version of reality where he can have direct contact, or even for some, encounters and so on..

In this case for what i've been learning is that e-motions / energy in motion is a product of the production of protein derivative from the gene expression, from a biological standpoint, from a quantum point of view different parallel version of ourselves / realities has different wave lengths of frequency / energy and according to Dr. Joe Dispenza energy constitutes 99.99999% of the atom itself leaving it 0.0000001% for matter in the atom, so with this it is fair to say different frequencies are a product of energy itself, and through them and where's a change in the energy there's a change in the gene signature leading to the product of a protein that will lead to another form of energy in motion / e-motion!

So with this, for me, the focus / energy that we put into some topic or subject will then release an amount of chemicals that will change the gene structure that will makes us experience a different version of ourselves atomically speaking.
Hence one version - doesn't experience remote viewing / is not capable of accessing information, to another version - it can access information / does remote viewing, for example.

So basically the technology i believe is already within us, we just have to access, and one of the ways is through remote viewing, to develop the capability of Perceiving through the quantum structure whatever is the intention of perceiving, to develop the channel, in us, of telepathic communication and through that channel being able to access more of our cognitive abilities, no different than a shaman talking or seeing other entities, there's no technology involved except is own development.

So as Lacerta talked about, because there's no expectation from people to see reptilian beings or any other beings, meaning, because it's not part of the awareness of the general public that such beings even exist, there's no expectation from the public to try and see if who they are seeing is really the person their eyes perceive, meaning is not part of their belief system. Therefor is more easy for them to manipulate, like other beings as said it, there's not a quest or expectation for something different in their realities therefor there is no "manifesting" one that could shows us what we are looking for. Hence Bashar quotes, you cannot perceive what your not the vibration of.".

Yes. Remote Viewing is translated within the interbrain, because that's where the pineal gland sits, among other important brain parts that are involved when remote viewing. So, RV sensory data is feeded into higher neocortical brain parts instead of manipulated images. And because the RV is done on purpose, the feedback mechanism between brain parts is functioning properly, as it's handling the expected images.

But, people should also be able to see objective reality without RV, as long as the feedback mechanism is working properly. That's because the manipulated image that has been feeded into the brain actually is compared with archetypical image stored in genetic memory. In other words: People's instincts should trigger a warning even if the brain computes a manipulated image. But the instincts are not triggered because of genetic manipulation that is preventing the feedback into the brain.

If the brain was working properly, the people would be uncomfortable or even panic when looking at a human that in reality is a reptile. They would not know why. But genetic manipulation from the past prevents that.

It's not the expectation. Genetic manipulation is mandatory for the psionic illusion to be accepted on the instinctive level. That's why they had to do it. Without manipulated genes, as I said, the people would freak out without even knowing why.

I understand your thinking process, but imagine if there wasn't a genetic manipulation, it wouldn't probably be a disruption within human nervous system due to the fact that is normal for them to perceive different types of entities or in this case, realities, it is normal for people to experience it, now on the other hand, if for example in this day and age, we do manipulate our genetic blueprint to perceive these entities that would definitely be a shock, a disruption to their own perception of what it is reality, hence, for example, the notion of catastrophic disclosure, which is that disruption of belief systems within the population to suddenly start to engage/perceive these different life forms. I believe we are talking about different time frames.
"Genetic manipulation is mandatory for the psionic illusion to be accepted on the instinctive level." yes indeed i agree, however, for me the expectation is the exact description of the belief system itself, as i said it, no different than asking the question, " is ufo's or entitites real?", in this case, the belief system is already aligned into the notion that there could be these types of "paranormal activity", therefore there is an expectation which is the reflection of that belief system, the same as manifesting unconsciously or consciously the reality where you can expeirence what you are allowing to perceive.

I think all of this concern will be moot, if we end up with true "catastrophic disclosure". I can imagine chaos and fear, but also a massive, inevitable re-ordering of our world and society.

Reading the posts here and I have to drop where some maybe at like myself. THere are several hmmmm I guess SKILL sets that HUMANS could learn like the RV etc. to deal with potential issues but.........which one do you master? Which one is required ? Which is necessary ?
Myself, I have trained in RV back around 2000, 20+ years ago. ALso have done cursory review of many other options for expanding my capability[s] and at first it was because of my insatiable curiosity to know shit I did not know but others did [especially MIL/MIC/and 3letters]. I spent a lot of TIME in this en-devour of idk I guess enlightenment [?] maybe. Folks do not have that luxury of time, full time pursuit for truth. Because of the choices I made over 20 years ago I was given that opportunity to dig. ANd here I am to tell you as far as ACTION that we can take, getting the world to remote view is not going to happen & it is not necessary.

These varied skill sets maybe necessary and even required for a % [like us?] of the gen-pop, but not in-mass.......make sense, understand???

Here is a view/thought/perspective:

How many HUMANS know what the hell RV even is really?
How many HUMANS can you talk to with out blowing their mind, friendship or family relations ?
How many HUMANS are talking about DISCLOSURE anywhere close to like we are ?
How many HUMANS still believe that out system of gov't, banking & everything is LEGIT today?
How many HUMANS run when they see you at a event for fear you may open your mouth...........ha ha ha ha ahhhhh man.

So to that end, with my original post, I imagine there are harmonics and other energetics and/or signaling that can disrupt and/or interfere with the reptilian's abilities to interfere with us. At least, it makes sense to me that there would be.

Then, I imagine what it might be like in a place where reptilians may be lurking -- such as a big city with political connections like NYC -- and how they would react if they noticed people could see them, etc. Reptilians are strong, so I wouldn't want to be near one if I were to do that :) It would be "Run, Forrest, run!" I had read somewhere else that the military has a means to detect non-human beings through the type of signal they emit, which can be used on crowds of people. I have no idea whether that is true or not.
