Everything is comprised of energy; everybody is also comprised of energy; there are different types of energies; some energies feel good whilst other energies result in bad vibes or negative-feelings (such as the screeching of finger-nails on a chalk-board for an extended period of time in a non-stop manner).
Traditional-Science had Postulated that All Things are Made of Matter; Quantum-Physics came along and Postulated that All Matter is Made of Energy; then there ended up being something called String-Theory, whilst on the seemingly right track, is kind of a huge mis-nomer... I think it would be better-termed Vibrational-Frequency Theory, but, regardless, frequencies exist in all of existence.
One cannot go nor exist anywhere without the existence of some kind of frequency in some form or another, whether be it a light-spectrum-frequency, sound-frequency, radio-wave-frequency, even thoughts and emotions also have their own resonance-frequencies, etc.
Similarly to how a higher CPU-Speed in a computer allows it to process more information at a time... higher-frequency vibrational-energy also permits one's thoughts to be able to access and perceive more of reality than those whose thoughts and emotions are attuned with lower-frequency vibrational-energies; the higher-frequency ranges, and, thus, more Love-Source-Aligned (also known as the True-Light of the God-Head; The Light Sovereign Power), the more Peaceful and Calm and thus Happier the Being; the lower-frequency ranges, and, thus, more Hate-Source-Aligned (also known as the Dark of God, often given names like Satan, the Devil, Shetani, etc.; The Dark Sovereign Power), the more War-Mongering and Vengeful and thus Angry and Insane the Being.
What has NOT been «known» for ALL of these years and Millenia is that EITHER «energy» (Spirit-Version) CAN and DOES «infuse» itself INTO /any/ and ALL «users» of such energies; the MORE one /continues/ to USE and «express» themselves in Dark/Iniquitous ways (whether be it Verbal OR Material), more Darkness-Energy (Spiritual) infuses itself into the Being; and, this is a deceptive «conscious» energy which can and DOES «hide» itself, and, the MORE any particular Being is comprised of this Darkness-Energy, the LESS likely they will be able to remain «calm» and/or «rational» when faced with a situation of adversity which confronts them; one who is full of Light and little to no dark-energy is far less likely to feel the need to retaliate and seek revenge against those who commit offenses, for example, if a thief steals from a Light-Oriented Being, said Light-Oriented Being is much more likely to confront the Thief in a far more forgiving manner than a Dark-Oriented Being, the Light-Being would be far more willing to learn about the Thief's circumstances, what the Thief's motivations are, how the Light-Being may be able to rehabilitate the Thief so that said Thief stops stealing in the future, and, only wants at most for any stolen item to be returned, rather than seeking punishment upon the petty thief (and would also still be able to do so even unto major-offenders who are not merely petty in their offenses)...

...where-as a Dark-Oriented Being is far more likely to seek revenge, cut the Thief's hand off for merely stealing an egg or a couple of dollars, possibly even kill said Thief, and, for the really Darkness-Infused, even go so far as to go after all of the rest of that Thief's family members and relatives and friends, perhaps even to the point of having each and every single one of them assassinated, for the «justified reasoning» (within the Dark-Being's mind) that «they all deserve it by association» and would of course come across as an «evil bastard» even though the Dark-Being certainly does not and would not see it that way, for, a Dark-Being is simply being a «deliverer of justice» unto all wrong-doers and evil-doers and everyone else is «corrupt» for showing ANY amount of kindness or mercy unto the evil-doer just because they are said evil-doers friends or family members or relatives (Note : I need to make it very clear here... I am only describing this as an extreme example, but, I also HAVE experienced «psychosis» in my past [lasting for approximately 2.5 earth-life-years] so I DO KNOW what goes on in the «minds» of those who come across as psychotic).
The most-effective method(s) at being able to remain calm, sane, rational, etc., even in the face of adversity or other potentially trauma-inducing experiences, have always been and will always be in the form of hypno-therapy or similar; there is plenty of research-data that has been gathered and collected on this phenomena, phobias cured via regression-hypno-therapy where no other means had helped the patient/client, and, many comments can be found at high-view-count hypno-therapy videos (if they still exist or haven't been purged or blocked or deleted or shadow-banned by the information-control algorithms yet) as to the effectiveness of hypno-therapy to be able to actually successfully treat quite a variety of so-called mental-illnesses, without relapses (in stark-contrast to psychotropic-drugs), not just from patients/clients, but, also from nurses who've witnessed the phenomena for themselves.
