Instead of using the word “Soul” in the title, I could have used the words “ISBE”,or “Integrated Consciousness”.

From the Alien Interview book and Farsight’s information, we have learned to use the word ISBE instead of the word Soul that, over years, has acquired a confusing religious undertone. However, I am using the word Soul here because more people can relate with this term.

In addition, instead of using the word “Soul” in the title, I could have also used the words “Integrated Consciousness”. According to Corrado Malanga, the Soul (with the Mind and Spirit) is one of the three consciousnesses that makes up the Integrated Consciousness (IC), which is the original consciousness that man had in the beginning of time, before the setting of duality and separation. In the Integrated Consciousness (IC), there is no separation between the Soul, Mind and Spirit of man. As a result, the Soul is not accessible to ET and non-ET energy parasites that have to use the Soul energy to prolong their lives.

In 2012, using the results of his 30+ year regression hypnosis studies with some 3,500 alien abductees in Italy, Dr. Malanga published a process that man can use to re-integrate his Soul, Mind and Spirit consciousness into his original Integrated Consciousness (IC). It is worthwhile to mention that while this process works fairly well, it may need some small updating since some new information has become available on this topic since the initial publication of 2012.

But for man to initiate contact and converse with his Soul does not require him to have a reconstituted Integrated Consciousness (IC). In fact, at least from my humble perspective, it is easier and probably better to first establish a good relationship with the Soul; then with her help, work on the reconstitution of the IC. The Soul can truly perform miracles, and it can help set the Integrated Consciousness (IC) in the blink of an eye . But man has to initiate the process, and then ask for her help.

The Soul embodies female energy, that’s why the first thing that one might consider doing when establishing contact is to give her a name, a feminine name. For instance, Emmanuelle is the name of my Soul but in reality a Soul does not need a name. The name is really useful for the human being who uses it as a focus point when he wants to reach his Soul.

The second step involved in the process of establishing contact with the Soul is for the person to be in a meditative state, and then, tell her that he is establishing a contact with her. He then, thanks his Soul in advance because he knows that the contact has already been established. Afterwards, the person has to keep talking to his Soul all the time about everything that’s going on in his life. He has to confide in her, ask her opinion and help about his life situations. He has to talk and interact with her the way that he talks and interacts with his best friend. The more he involves his Soul in his life, the higher the probability that she will respond to him quickly.

The third step involved in the process of contacting the Soul is to wait for her to answer, and for sure she will answer the call. But her answer is not going to be in words; instead, the answer will softly float telepathically in the person’s mind. So, he has to learn to receive her messages. Patience and sincerity are required here. On a personal level, the only time that I have heard my Soul speak in words was in my sessions with Dolores Cannon, and when I was in imminent danger.

When I was 12, we lived in a tropical area, and on that specific day, I was lost in my daydreams and was not paying attention to my surroundings while I was walking home. Then, I heard a loud “Watch out !” in the French language. I froze, and looked up. About two feet in front of me was a fully erected and deployed cobra in attack mode, ready to strike me. This huge serpent was partially blocking the path that led to our house, and on both sides of this path were spiky shrubs. I am not really sure what happened next, but one second I was standing in front of a big nasty and dangerous snake that was ready to bite me, the next second I was some 45 meters (148 ft) away standing on the porch that surrounded our house. I have since learned that the Soul can do incredible things. That's why it is important to learn to partner with her, so that we can understand how to work with her.

The last step of the process of contacting the Soul is also carried while the person is in a meditative state. In this step, the person asks his Soul to be with him, to guide, protect, help and walk with him every time that he takes a step in his life. The person can visualize himself standing inside his Soul that appears to him as an egg big enough to envelop his body completely. This egg is made of pure transparent light. Then, all the transparent light of the Soul enters and fills the body completely. A fusion and integration of the body with the transparent energy of the Soul takes place, and they are now ONE and indistinguishable from each other. At this point and within a short period of time, the person may be presented with situations that he needs to address immediately. Personally, I was persistently nudged into studying the heart mind coherence process of the Heart Math Project.

It is important to use whatever tool or process that we have to reach, partner and work with our Soul or ISBE while we are alive on earth. Our Soul or ESBE is here to experience life through us, her containers. As strange as it may sound, a Soul knows only what it has experienced, and some Souls are not aware of how unpleasant some earth experiences are for us, their containers. The Soul is immortal, so it knows nothing about time and it can have the same experience for what seems to be an eternity and be ok with that. For instance, a Soul or ISBE can reincarnate 50,000 times on Earth and be ok with that. But for us the containers, it makes no sense to reincarnate so many times when we know that the experience accumulated in one lifetime is not carried over into the next one. Those who control the reincarnation wheel always make sure that memories from previous lives are wiped and cleaned before the next reincarnation.

The two arguments that need to be presented to the Soul are that first, repeated reincarnations on earth lead to unnecessary suffering for the human containers. Therefore, the Soul should consider not reincarnating here forever. Second, the human container is a valuable tool for the Soul because she use it to experience physicality. Therefore, she must protect this tool against any type of adverse conditions.

But you ARE the soul. It's not another entity. Your approach seems to strengthen the seperation instead of healing it.

I am NOT a container. How could you believe that?

How does the soul do that? I mean, the soul needs the body as a tool to experience physicality. If the soul wanted to counter a physical threat to that tool, she would need to use that body to protect the body, right?

Sounds to me like you're inviting another being into your life you know nothing about, and that being then "plays" your soul.

I’m cursorily talking about things and situations that I have experienced in real time awhile ago. I’m not talking about my belief system, or about some nebulous ideas.

But you are free to interpret my experiences whichever way that you want. Your interpretations are completely immaterial for me.

You're describing an experience with another being that obviously is not you. It looks like you're male, but you're willing to accept that your soul is female.

Do you have a girlfriend or wife? My guess is that the other being is playing with your wish for a perfect partner of the opposite sex by providing you an illusion of that. It's also possible that you even invented that being yourself, filling a gap inside you. It's not that uncommon – people do this all the time.

Sorry to be so blunt, but you need to see the actual possibilities.

As far back as I can remember, my breathing has always been a little bit off. So, I very much appreciate and welcome the synchronicity that brought Stephen Elliott’s Coherence Breathing to me. From a physiological point of view breathing is life, and from a spiritual perspective, breathing properly opens the door to higher states of being.

There are several breathing and coherence breathing programs out there. But Stephen Elliott’s breathing program distinguishes itself from others because in addition to being a powerful coherent breathing program it is also an excellent relaxation tool. As a deep relaxation tool, tjhis program focuses on the relaxation of 6 bridges or groups of organs or tissues (face, tongue and throat, hands, diaphragm, pelvis floor, and feet) that are both under voluntary (somatic) and involuntary (autonomic) nervous control. And because these bridges are under voluntary control, it means that a person can choose to relax them at will and on command during exhalations, as recommended by Stephen Elliot or whenever he wants.

In my humble experience, I have found that it is easier to achieve the Heart Math Institute’s heart and brain coherence after mastering Stephen Elliott’s coherence breathing.

I waited for a couple of weeks before inquiring how my healing from lower back pain came to be. From the knowingness that came, I understood that during the inhalation phase of the coherence breathing process, prana, the life-force energy that bathes our world, fills the lungs as the air enters inside them while the diaphragm is being lowered. During exhalation, the life-force energy bathes all the cells of the body and exit it.

And since this life-force energy is neutral, its nature can be changed and even programmed by the person’s specific intents. For instance, in the specific case of Stephen Elliott’s Coherence Breathing, the pranic energy is designed and programmed to relax the 6 bridges during exhalation. But this energy can also be used and programmed to heal…etc.

I know about Falun Gong, I remember that the CCP considered them a threat, not sure why.

But in the warm up from the video, if I can call it that way, Falun Gong looks like Tai Chi. Way back I learned and practiced Tai Chi, Wu Style for many years. I think, I will resume working on Tai Chi again. Thanks .
