This would not be the «governments» doing such things; this would be the hidden-corporate-forces, whether you wish to call them the deep-state, shadow-government, illuminati, etc., the purpose of which is to certainly «fake» an «alien-invasion» with a _combined narrative_ that promotes a «aliens versus humans» or «humans versus aliens» paradigm.
See, most of the human world-population, the main-stream and conventional-minded, still continue to believe that «we are alone in the universe» and that there's «no such thing as aliens or extra-terrestrials» although I often say to these people, that, STATISTICALLY SPEAKING, are they SERIOUSLY trying to tell me that the ONLY «time» that ANY «sentient» beings had EVER come into existence over a span of 13.8 ***BILLION*** years in this HUGE SPACE called the «universe» was at this particular edge of this particular galaxy, and, even then, only within the last 200K years...?
Then that results in them responding : «Okay, fine, statistically speaking, there SHOULD be aliens and/or extra-terrestrials, but, that doesn't mean that they are coming HERE...»
Although I have not yet posited my next counter-point in front of these people, the previous points I made are a predictable-dialogue, because, each and EVERY one of them responded in that EXACT way (or very similarly) when I brought up statistics against their claims of aliens being non-existent; the next counter-point to the claim that they wouldn't be coming HERE (to earth) would be to say, yet AGAIN with the STATISTICS, that, this planet itself had someone called Adolph Hitler, whom many regard as a man who wanted to, and, was trying to take over the whole entire world; «What if he succeeded, and, what makes you think that, NONE of the other "sentient" beings ANYWHERE in the whole ENTIRE damn universe have EVER succeeded where Hitler failed ? And, STATISTICALLY speaking, once at least one or more of them DO succeed at "conquering" a whole entire planet, then, WHAT makes you think that they WOULDN'T come "here" in order to "conquer" THIS planet ?»
Anyway, I am describing all of this to make the point that, the «narrative» that they are trying to promote and want to push is that any existence of «aliens» would be a «humans against aliens» narrative/paradigm where ALL «aliens» are viewed as the «bad guys» by the public, and, thus, the «bad E.T.'s» can continue to operate from behind-the-scenes and stay hidden within the shadows, humanity being none-the-wiser, knowing not that they had fought against their very own allies, RATHER THAN humans EVER learning about the FACT that «aliens versus other aliens» factions DO exist, and, that at least SOME of them ARE «allies» to human-forces.
Does it make sense now to have it explained from that perspective ?

Very good questions. They should be able to project from their own levitation-craft or even from human-made reverse-engineered levitation-craft. Most-likely, they would be able to power it all from Zero-Point Energies, the technology of Levitation being related to Zero-Point Energy or also known as or termed Free-Energy or New-Energy; and it has been indicated, according to Conversations with Harvey, that, the Bad E.T.'s actually have more resources at least on and around earth, BUT, the REASON for that is PRIMARILY because of the «secrecy» that allows the «puppet-shadow-masters» to control so much of the human-population from behind-the-scenes, who are the people whose faces we never see and names we never year, yet, continue to make decisions behind closed doors that negatively affect the rest of us all; remember, the «Good E.T.'s» CAN fight against and take on the «Bad E.T.'s» and even EASILY «over-power» them IF they were ONLY fighting against the «Bad E.T.'s» BUT, the «Bad E.T.'s» actually still control a LOT of «human-slaves» and, WITHOUT any significant-Disclosure, the «Good E.T.'s» would be forced to fight against BOTH the COMBINATION of the «Bad E.T.'s» AND the «humans» (who believe in the «narratives» that «we are alone in the universe» and thus ANY existence of «aliens» would be «humans versus aliens») who would know NOT that they are JUST being used as «cannon-fodder» (does this remind you of anything happening between Russia/Ukraine), allowing the «Bad E.T.'s» to essentially be able to continue hiding behind human-shields (does this remind you of anything going on between Israel/Palestine or perhaps what some people claim about North-Korea).

Sure, IF humans are aware of the fact that there are «aliens versus aliens», rather than «all aliens bad» and «humans must band together in order to fight against those aliens», but, I have already explained the difference(s) between how/why it benefits them if «Disclosure» can be prevented versus how the situation would play out IF there was enough significant-Disclosure for humanity to realise that any so-called «alien-invasion» is actually NOT the «first contact» that humans have had with extra-terrestrials.
