I believe JP was also in Antarctica which is strange considering JPs experience seemed to be more positive with benevolent ETs but the recently project showed the opposite with a “gray” and “nazi” like collaboration. So do all these exist? What are all the goals and agendas? Will we ever find out the truth?

JP is in with Elena Danaan and others who claim earth got rid of all of the negative ETs around 2018-2020 and all that's left is the deep state. Hence all of the missions he does in these occupied earth areas must be with "good aliens". I do believe they're doing missions scavenging for old technology - that seems to be a common thing less advanced human-ran programs do to sustain themselves and advance. And Antarctica in particular is a site filled with leftovers of previous civilizations that weren't as advanced as some interstellar alien civs but closer to where we are now and easier to reverse engineer.
