Pure speculation (well - what forum post isn't, but)
God wanted to experience the universe in duplicity. So to have this experience, tge "shards" could have neither omnipotence nor omniscience, however - each one of those shards could have immortality and also a thing that there isn't really an English word for but like the little version of omniscience - and that is this inner sense of knowing truth from lies.
Basically all to say that if there was none of this inner knowing, the "brain in a vat" as is an expression in philosophy, would be potentially absolute. Your brain is in a vat, with your spinal cord attached to neurons linking both your senses and motor signals in one giant elaborate hoax, and there is no way that you could understand the difference between your experience in the vat vs reality.
So, what was the point of saying all of this (hopefully there is one, though I'm sure it's a cheap repeat of some much better written philosophy paper)
Just knowing that this could be a fact, that it would make more sense that you should have this inner knowing, will help you tap that inner knowing.
Remote viewing isn't really a special unrealized power. It's more like the universe wouldn't really make sense if you didn't have it
