I'm drawn to believe that the emotional balance the prison wardens want is a very careful one, not just anything. It is this careful balance between agitated and sedate. We subconsciously feel the trauma of our abducted children hunted by the pedovores, and the criminal cartel of a false government taxing us to near death, and then the weird fabricated contradictions of demands in science, religion, common sense etc. But they have to give us this window, in which we are able to escape and be sedate.
So the idea of speeding up the process is to create anything, anything, other than the balance that they seek. Some of it is a terrifying anger, some of it a serenity and focus to create unique things. Some of it compassion to help anyone anywhere. For me: the ideal balance is this sort of anger and focus with benevolence. A combination of adjectives that often don't go together.

How do I perceive negative feelings? What are feelings? They are reflections and indicators, but they are intangible, emotional, aiming to influence or push us and affect our judgment. They are used by our body, mind, and heart. Yet, it seems there are other forces that may also utilize them.
I don’t believe we should change the nature of feelings; we should let them pass . We should observe them as they come, and observe them as they go.
The most important thing is what you feel in the heart. What matters is for the heart to be at peace, to listen to the silent one — the heart.
After that, release what isn’t yours. The more you cling to something that isn’t truly you, the stronger its impact.

The best way to deal with negative emotions is to realize they don't exist. They're only a construct within this simulation to create the necessary friction to farm the loosh energy from your spirit. As we are spirit inside soul inside a body there is a cascading effect that interacts from the lower level to the higher whereby the emotional body taps into the spirit energy coming in and then that gets hijacked by the fallen. No different than coming after an orgasm. This is why it's encouraged so much for the sheep to have so much sex. Typhon Tunnels (Anal/Sodomy)
These inorganic tunnels and their wormhole tunnel systems produced from anti-life mathematical programs designed to vampirize living things, are reversing the spiral direction of organic life force current from its natural movement towards an ascending and northern position. Instead the Alien Machinery is forcing the life force energy spiral to move downwards into a descending reversal pattern towards the southern position. This metatronic distortion in the planetary grid feeds the Satanic gestalts and interferes with the proper life force energy movement up the spinal column of humans that remain asleep on the earth.
The life force goes down the spinal column and releases out of the perineum and rectum, and thus these inorganic tunnel systems are called Typhon Tunnels. See Typhon. These groups are fallen black hole entities and thus had to manifest hospitable environments in which they could co-exist and travel in our realm. They generated inorganic wormholes with AI black hole technology that acts as a tunnel system into our world, and this is called the Wesa Tunnel. This would lead to the massive expansion of the Typhon Tunnel antichrist architecture feeding into the Phantom Matrix, where they formed a virtual reality that is AI generated with metatronic coding which provides a space where the fallen ones from the black hole can exist.

The Universal Shadow World emerged from out of the reversal current of the 11th dimension, in which these fallen black hole entities were reconfigured into Black Dragon Avatar Collectives with AI brains, and these bizarre shadow creatures became the entity attachments to living beings, at individual, collective and beyond levels. These Black Dragon Avatar Collectives use advanced artificial intelligence antichrist technologies to drain life force energy out of our Universe, and are able to hijack and possess living beings that are consumed by their unhealed shadow body. Upon the production of the Beast Machine and the Black Dragon Avatar Collectives in the 11th dimension, they descended through each dimensional layer via inorganic wormholes or architecture that generated Typhon Tunnels. So you're still in denial?
The "you" here doesn't exist. You're just the outer mind construct, a shell, used to interact with this level of being. Think of it like a computer. You're just the software program being used to interact with this "screen". Those emotions are just "codes" to create scripts within you to either make one decision or another based on that code. You don't actually control much of anything in this world...not even yourself unless you've gone deep within and live from the divine blueprint that was originally there before the hijacking by the Anunnaki and them rewriting the DNA. If anything, you yourself live on the surface level emotions as you can't distinguish between what's real and what isn't. When we move on and pass away, this outer face we put on here doesn't follow us. It would only be the inner and higher self that would move on inside the soul vehicle.
Now I get it: You seem to think that emotions are what makes an NPC, and "real" people don't have emotions or stand above it.
That's called denial of reality. You have it exactly the wrong way around.
Then you don't get anything. The NPCs and those with spirit will both have an emotional body, the difference is that the NPCs don't have the spirit energy to be drained of as they're psychic vampires who instead drain the others who do have a spirit.

So people have an emotional body, but negative emotions do not exist. Are you saying that those with spirit have positive emotions only? This is a terrible belief, because then, everybody who experiences negative emotions – which is an everyday reality – experiences them because of the lack of spirit! In other words: You are not real because you feel negative.
This is how evil people want you to feel when they hurt you. It's not the perpetrator that is negative, but the victim, because it dares to feel something.
