Lists the infamous "ET bases" McMoneagle, Buchanan and some others later did follow up views on. Also has a list of ET infiltrated institutions as an example not an exhaustive list. It doesn't make it clear if he means telepathically influenced or directly infiltrated. This was in 1973.
If they mean both overshadowing, like in the Farsight leaders hijacked type, and using hybrids then sure...it is quite extensive and you can see they all work together. There is tons of supportive information for this. Who was it....Jordan Maxwell? who was exposing these beings. I know The old Wes Penre Illuminati site had tons of information on it. Then we have more insider information like Arizona Wilder and Stewart Swerdlow. There are many shapeshifting eyes videos out there, glowing eyes, and other things. They gaslight us to not believe what we find so we keep questioning ourselves endlessly. Trust yourself.
There's also been a whole lot of abductions since 1973. There's people who were born in the 1950s talking about how their parents who had government/military jobs were being abducted their whole life then those people get abducted their whole lives and get security clearances and work in various government posts.
Must be a pre-requisite to get those jobs. They're probably microchipped and tracked.

It is remarkable how all of the data presented as proof of "infiltration" does not actually appear in the Pat Price documents release.
Conclusion - Eric Patton, Jon Smith and their alts is using the release as a means to push his own agenda and claiming it is backed up by Pat Price remote viewing data, which it is not.
