We know they don't really follow laws, they make up shit pretend rules and push popularity contests. But speaking of leverage, that's how you have to think of these sham courts. They have so many screwed up definitions -- they themselves -- cannot keep track of them. And the only real languages they understand is their own definition dribble, and leverage.

If you naturalize into some Nation, then to insist that you are *not* that nationality is that they must prove you could not confer it or that it doesn't exist.

It's not like the evidence for a galactic federation is abundant in our typical media but *how many judges think it's a good idea with their hedge masters that this is a debate they want in the public venue*

Conferring that I am a member of the Galactic Federation and that I represent the Galactic Federation could be one of the biggest mine fields the coirts have to face.

Yes. When you stand in front of a judge or police or whoever is an enforcer of a legal system, all they care about is: Is the other side stronger than us? A remote viewer telling some stories without any evidence of strength doesn't make an impression on them.

No. Crime is a violation of a right. They say it's a violation of their law. You need to know the objective difference between right and wrong, so you can act out a right that they would call a crime (like free speech), and then all that matters is: Who is on your side, understanding that it's not a crime, and with the same courage to rebel?

If you commit actual crimes (violations of rights) just because to piss them off, Karma won't be on your side, and they know that. There are many organizations that collect "wannabe gangsters" just to trap them in real crimes. Don't fall for that.

No, they don't have to prove anything. They say you naturalized, because what happened fits their definition. You have to prove that you didn't, that something else happened in reality. Alternatively, you can try to prove their definition wrong, but this only works if you have a majority on your side who thinks like you.

Sorry, but there won't be a debate. They put what you say in the records and then they will go on as usual, because you can't enforce anything. If you manage to get the debate running in public, you also need to convince the majority to believe you. With that majority, you can enforce things.

So the question is: How will you convince the majority that you are a citizen of the Galactic Federation?

You can certainly give it a try once you learn how to Do It Yourself versus those Kangaroo-Courts...

Keep in mind that it is NOT an over-night process to gather & organise all of the paper-work; The more people who learn how to do these things and file their Notices of Void-Judgement (which is further down the list from the D.I.Y. Kangaroo-Courts Section) the more we will «clean house» of the Legalese-System and basically the peoples' version of Draining the Swamp... I have Field-Tested some of this, and, can already tell you from personal-experience, that, judges do in fact... disappear afterwards. Once it gets to the point that NO «judges» are willing to take any more cases anywhere in the entire world then the whole entire Caesar-Style Court-System pretty much collapses; ALL of the Court-System falls under the Umbrella of UNIDROIT by the way which is why their «structure» is ALWAYS the SAME... they are basically «franchise» operations (for profit) with local-variations...

Yes, it's possible to get there. But you need to have a working alternative to fill the void, and that alternative is only working when the majority accepts it. As of now, the majority accepts the "kangaroo courts" because they are used to them.
