Telekinesis
There is some interest in FS and with the subscribers about telekenisis. To prepare you for how the Chinese (and others now) tradition trains for this, I might suggest a book and a short video (10:13).
The book and video are about John Chang, in the video called Dynamo Jack. In reality his name is John Baharudin. Or I should say 'was' because he deceased because of cancer. He has quite a few students though. The Greek Kosta Danaos as one of the first westerners.
After reading the book about him by Kosta, titled 'The Magus Of Java' I visited John in 2004 in Surabaya, had some healing sessions with him and can state he is the real deal.
Chi, says John and his lineage, consists of a yin energy from the earth and a yang energy from the kosmos (maybe the sun). In science these energies that are controversial (the usual thing, just like telepathy) are called scalar energy. Patrick Flanagan (the reincarnation of Nikola Tesla), writes about this energy in his book The Pyramid Power.
John collects these energies separately and mixes them in his dantien (point on the belly). After that you must learn to mix and control them which is not without danger. Some students of this meditation practice have died while trying to mix them. You can get better and better at it and open more and more 'power points'. There are 72 levels and John attained 42. His master was a 52 (says Kosta in his book). Only very exceptional individuals in history have attained all 72 levels. This takes years and years of daily meditation and practice.
Kosta has written a sequel to his book, titled: 'Nei Kung' which is way less interesting, unless you really want to get deeper into it.
Mel Gibson, in his recent interesting interview on the Joe Rogan show, talks about his experience with another chi kung master from Shanghai, living in the US (I assume). Really spectacular. Here is a short video with a clip from the interview:
Just to show you how serious this stuff is. Enjoy.
Slight correction: The dantian is actually below the belly-button by about couple of inches;
This is known to be the centre-point of the human-body;
It's the equivalent of the centre-of-gravity axis of a sphere.
Tai-Chi practice wants to keep one's centre-of-gravity low for better balance;
And of course it's about learning to control Chi;
It's called Ki in Japanese/Korean and Prana in India.
Western Para-Psychologists call it: Psi
And, yes, I did mention a «Dark-Side» to Meditation in some other thread recently where, if done incorrectly, one could cause themselves a lot of problems, even die.
That is why it is so VERY IMPORTANT to have a STABLE Mind...
Sometimes these people are actually overshadowed by alien consciousness and using alien tech. Hence why you see "humans" being able to do "magickal" stuff lol
