"your own bubble of reality that blends with the collective reality you and many other people delve into together."
There is no "own" bubble of reality, because if it was your own, it couldn't blend with the shared reality. The concept of your own bubble where you can create reality as you wish is just wishful thinking, based on the wish to not be entangled with or dependent on other beings.
In reality, it works like this: What you think your own bubble is, is just a thought you hold in your mind. Thoughts don't affect universal reality at all, unless you take action.
A shared reality is where you need action according to natural (universal) law to make changes in reality. Think of universal law as the contract all the ISBEs agreed upon when the universe was created. As long as you are within that universe, you are bound to the laws of that universe.
For example, if you want to cut a tree, and there is nobody around to share that experience with you, you still need to take physical action to cut that tree, either with an axe or a saw, or with a physical manifestation of your thought (telekinesis). Whatever you choose to do, that action is bound to the laws of the universe you are in. You can't wish the tree to disappear as if it never existed.
"This is one of the reasons you experience your own thoughts projected into reality..."
Thoughts are not projected into reality. They are shared with other beings, and can be ignored because of free will. The projection you are talking about is what I call the mental realm, the origin of thoughts, which is the realm where we all came from, or God's realm, so to speak. That's where all the universes are created, as universes are thought projections.
You can project your thoughts if you are not already within a universe, meaning you don't share a reality yet. Think of it like the Holodeck in Star Trek: As long as there is no program running, you can project whatever you want (start a new program). But if you choose to participate in an already running program, you can't override it. You need to leave the running program first in order to start a new one.
"...but also the perception of the reality that is to come into your experience that is part of the timeline you are in or where your timeline is more focus upon at that particular moment."
Universal law is consistent across timelines. If you switch a universe, the laws can change, but that's not the same as switching timelines.
