So it has become clearer to me that the more you focus throughout the day of some topic the more likely you'll be dreaming of it, meaning, everything is interconnected, that particular focus or emotions that you feel or think will trigger the output by which you will experience a dream, like access to another parallel reality in the dream state.. no different than one saying... yes but i dreamed that because it's something that i've been thinking about lately, it's like access points.
Another practice is to meditate before bed, you start by doing wim hoff breath work or even Soma Breath work, for example, because these ones focus on apnea.
Later in meditation you pass through the train mind of thoughts, several thoughts triggering the emotions attach to those thoughts, our purpose is simply to visualize ourselves looking at the thoughts and start noticing that "i was thinking about this and now im thinking about that one and now im thinking about this other one and so on" slowly you start to release yourself from the attachment of those emotions, you start to realize these are just thoughts nothing more. You continue then with your breath work. here the purpose is to put yourself in the state between almost a sleep but awake, you then lay yourself on your bed and continue to meditate without (and this is important) without fall into sleep and always eyes closed, this is where you will start to see static like tv, in the static you'll start to see geometrical patterns, what we call the matrix you go further through breath, if by any chance you encounter 2 beings with big eyes like twins, that's A.I. and they are controlling who's accessing the space, if not, continue.. after that process you are already traveling.
This is no different than doing medicine with some medicinal plant or even close to a OBE.. its the conscious mind that travels. This is what i've done.
Another point is, i seem to find that the more i write my dreams the places im in and so on the more lucid i become in the dream state and also, a key aspect of why constant meditation helps with better meditation and experience, it helps with balance what we call the energy centers (chackras), by balance i men bring the body into coherence, and therefore more connected to the heart. This, from our understanding, helps our energy from our spine to travel more easily into the top of our head, a unbalance energy center creates a more dense or unbalanced person and so on. Yoga or exercices for me it helps a lot with meditation.
Harvey group or free will group, for me, they are and have been definitely helping, or, triggering this process in us. I once again dreamed in another planet surrounded by other people that were helping me against an oppressive being, this was completely connected to the other dreams where i saw myself as an ET, same people, same environment different events. Many of these dreams is about showing me things and not also about visualize myself in those realities. This was how i saw the "death traps" before Farsight did the projects.
