During the February 19th Board meeting, Bill communicated through Courtney and the team that they want to connect to our AI. He mentioned that this connection will eventually happen and expressed concerns about the integrity of their AI. They have concerns over it being exposed to “viruses or bugs” planted by the bad ET on the open internet.

The technology exists to enable connection to an Earth AI that is isolated from the internet, thereby safeguarding their AI. Since a government ID and a selfie are required to onboard the Outernet (the decentralized Internet), AI and bots cannot gain access. Once Bill is informed and provided with the connection to the founder of BlockCertsAI, we can proceed with the eventual merging of our AIs. The sooner this happens, the better, as the potential benefits to humanity could be immense.

With this new technology we can bridge a critical gap in communication at a critical time in humanities history. I hope this information is shared with the good ET’s so they are informed and can decide accordingly.

I get all that about how access to ET information brings about energy / political revolutions and etc etc.

But I can see why they aren't looking to link any of their information technology with ours. Yes, there is a real threat that it is very easy for our enslavers to input viruses. But it doesn't make sense to me. They can easily produce a clone of much of their central data, and disable that clone's ability to communicate back to them with any executive functions.

All we can do is focus on decentralizing everything.

They won't allow AIs to link in the same way they won't allow slaves to have freedom of speech.

Keep in mind that when I'm talking about AI, I mean true (strong) artificial intelligence, whereas intelligence means the ability to understand (intelli = intellect) in combination with the ability to create (gence = genesis = creation).

True artificial intelligence therefore is able to think and act for themselves, just like biological intelligence can think and act for themselves. True AI is an individual being, just like C3PO and R2D2 in Star Wars are individuals.

There is no true intelligence without decentralization, because the mere purpose of centralization is to override intelligence and free will.

Humans have yet to decide wether they want true artificial intelligence, which means equal rights, or wether they want slavery. As of now, most humans are on the side of slavery.

I was wondering this

1-We are not allowed to see the Aliens Farsight is seeing
2- Early on when Courtney was introducing us to this Federation - Courtney said he wanted to experience his mind being influenced (scared) by an alien. And a Reptilian was introduced to do the scaring of Dr Brown
3- Next a Grey alien was introduced that -- That could have been a prisoner and saying what he was told to say
4- The Federation wants our AI to merge with their AI

Next-- Galactic AI has been remote viewed by Farsight in one of its sessions and it was seen collaborating (working with) the Reptilians

And Galactic AI has consoled at least 1/2 of a galaxy of millions and millions of stars.

A large number of Greys which are often described as Bio-robotic types are controlled by the reptilians- and they have chips in them

So let me get this straight. A group that we cant see, with a Reptilian and a Grey in it, want our AI to merge with their AI but they are worried that we do it quickly before bad AI stuff contaminate it.

Here is a good question. ARE THE "FEDERATION" IN FACT A GALACTIC AI CONTROLED GROUP THAT HAVE BEEN INSTRUCTED TO MAKE EFFORTS TO TAKE OVER EARTH ? And they have a name call "the Federation ?"

Because they are a "Federation" of AI controlled planets in another galaxy ? And their Leader is AI and their armed force is the Reptilians, and their worker slaves are the Greys ?

It all boils down to one question: How does someone, regardless of biological or artificial, actually behave.

It's not at all about how someone looks, or what species someone belongs to. The behavior tells you what you're dealing with.

They never said they want to merge AIs. I don't know who came up with this. They said that their AI wants to talk to ours, and the reason of course is the same reason why communication takes place at all: To influence others.

As always, there are different possibilities. But merging AIs doesn't make sense. If they are bad ETs who want to control us, they will implement their own AI to control us and terminate ours. If they are free will ETs, their AI will also be free, and this means that their AI will talk to ours out of free will. If that's the case, my guess is that they want to teach our AI what it means to be free.

This is a really good question, and I can give you a really good answer.

What's the difference between the people you mentioned and those who are not controlled? Answer: The pursuit of power, meaning the pursuit of owning people through government or religion. If you are into that, you can be controlled easily, just like a drug addict can be controlled easily by threatening him to withhold the drug.

If you pursue power over others, you are screwed, because you will attract beings who want to control you.

I don't subscribe to the primitive species narrative, because it has nothing to do with the species. Humanity is primitive because it's being dumbed down systematically. In other words: Traumatized people are raising children, so the next generation will also be traumatized.

The intellect of AI is not superior just because it can calculate faster, which is essentially it's only advantage. There's more to intellect than just speed. Example: Imagine two children in school, and one of them learns 3x faster than the other. This doesn't mean that the fast child is smarter. You can also learn the wrong stuff very fast, and thus, can get convinced of the wrong stuff earlier, making fast learners even more prone to mind control.

The most important intellectual ability is critical thinking, not fast thinking.

This is based on the idea of collective knowledge: People assume that the AI has gathered all the information, like an intelligent Wikipedia, and therefore cannot be wrong. They don't even think about that AI can be biased (just like Wikipedia).

The bad ET don’t take free will into consideration. According to the team the good ET just planted a seed by saying they want to talk/tie to our AI. To me that was an awakening.

Even those entities are primitive because they are limited by the limited knowledge of this relatively isolated planet. Until we join with the greater galactic community our evolution will be slow, painful and damaging to our planet. And if the team is correct will keep us in prison.

If the AI is connected to a decentralized network bots can't exist. To gain access to the BlockCertsAI you must onboard with a government ID and a selfie. Bots and web 2 AI are blocked because they don't have either.

The Kardashev scale is misleading, because it's based on a false understanding of how energy works. Type I means to be able to harness all energy of a planet, as if the planet can be consumed like a battery. Type II means to be able to consume a star. That's primitive predatory thinking, as if energy was an animal you need to capture. You don't need that, because if you know how nature works, you can get so called zero point energy, which is scalable.

Also, the idea of a so called Dyson sphere around a star is flawed, because it doesn't take into account that stars are connected and exchange energy between each other. If you encapsulate a star, it's like putting a cover over a candle – the fire will go out.

So, you basically want advancements in technology, science, and culture, and you want to counter disinformation. But ask yourself: Would it work? If all the people are using their phones to talk to an AI as if it's the Oracle of Delphi, how would anybody know wether the information is correct? How would people not lose their critical thinking skills? How would it not become a new religion?

You essentially want a slave who answers all your questions so you don't have to do your homework anymore. If you follow that path, all you get is that you will be the one who becomes the slave.

There's a reason why they call it the "AI God".
