In this world it just won't work as intended, because many ISBE's here would not respect individual privacy even though they say they would, the temptation is too great. Any way to gain advantage over another is fair game on this planet by those who don't respect others and there's plenty. However, there's the other side of the coin and this is, those who want to spy on us for their own insidious games, would immediately be known for who and what they are and then we can simply block them. But that is where the problem lies, mind control has been a thing for many years, the fat controller wants to control and individual awareness would need to be highly developed and kept there, due to the constant bombardment of mind control attempting to influence us from many sources. Real telepathy is begun by asking permission of the intended receiver, not barging into anyone's headspace just because someone might think they can because they have the power and tech available to do it, but it happens here, everyday.
