The American revolutionaries didn't just wait around for LaFayette to save them. They participated in their own liberation.

It won't be any different here. Everyone waiting for the big ships to save the day is missing the point.

There will be big ships. But it has to happen when we're ready and the narrative can be controlled. So, how does that happen?

I'm not sure but I think I've seen the plan for disclosure at some level. I'm not sure if I was talking with aliens telepathically or figured it out myself but no one has really said it explicitly here or anywhere else.

For disclosure to happen, the big media needs to be shut down for a while. Courtney did indicate that part at least. The internet, TV, telecommunications all need to go dark. This is so people get an unbiased view of what is really going on. They will figure things out locally.

Expect the big ships to land right around that time. Like worldwide. The governments/media/power structures will be muted and people will basically...talk among themselves for a while...using their own reason and intuition as to what is going on.

The goal is going to be awaken people's telepathic abilities and own judgment...and not to simply just do what they are told. The shut down will be so widespread that the top-down methods will be inadequate to control the narrative. Eight billion people will suddenly be living off the grid but with a memory of everything that is possible in a technical era. There won't be enough resources for the power structure to even reach a minority of them with telecommunications gone.

How will people's telepathic abilities be awakened in such an environment? Some of us normal humans with weak or moderate telepathic abilities will help others. It probably won't be enough though.

So, around this time expect a big group of human extraterrestrials to land and begin using their telepathic abilities to help prime the Earth-born people to use theirs. I'm estimating maybe ten million or so...maybe one for every 1000 Earth people or so. They'll be indistinguishable physically from us but have a high mental affinity and psychic ability.

Farsight mentioned Operation Jesus was just one ISBE with superhuman/psychic abilities. This is going to be more like Operation Jesus x 10,000,000. They've had a couple of thousand years to scale this up. But this time it's going to be more about just connecting us with our latent abilities. Lots of telepathic teachers are going to show up. With the telecommunications shut down, it would be hard to ignore them.

This is kind of like a chess match though. The bad ETs will see this coming. But once the communications power structure is toppled, they don't have as many moves left. There will be moves and countermoves. They'll try to stop the ships. They'll try to scare people. They'll certainly use their own psychic beings to spread misinformation. But they won't probably torch the planet. While they could try to knock the pieces off the board called Earth, they probably won't do that...too costly to suddenly release 8 billion ISBEs....it would backfire on them actually because their system can't handle a complete collapse either. They might take the chance that the good ET plan won't work...and hope that people don't awaken and just get afraid when things go dark. But the good ETs have already planned for that. They are sending lots of help so people can get some answers.

It seems like a brilliant plan actually. The only question is how long things need to get shut down for control of the narrative. If it's a week, then it's not too bad. If it's a few months...survival starts to become an issue without the convenience of the modern world. Necessities often depend on transportation and communication over long distances today. That will need to stop around the same time.

Whether we win or lose depends on how fast we can adapt. If we wake up when everything goes dark, we win. If we panic and start fighting each other and turn to fear and reaction before the system needs to reboot, the bad ETs win. How this ends depends on whether we can trust our own intuition in the end and recognize who our allies really are.

When things go bad look for the helpers. Be a helper yourself too. That's how you get disclosure. 

Do we win? I'm not sure. But I think the good ETs have an overwhelming advantage of manpower in our local region and it's likely to be part of the strategy to use this. Of course, the bad ETs are also going to send out some deceptive psychic warriors to sow mistrust and fear at the same time. Who do we trust in the end? It's a battle of numbers but also our own discernment. All sides will be promising humanity all sorts of explanations. When the lights get turned back on after a crisis, nothing is ever going to be the same again.
